I did not like the plastic top. I did not like the opening is not wide enough to put a box of cereal or a milk jug through so I returned. The can also came scratched up so I think I got a returned can. At any rate not worth the money, I am looking elsewhere.

I bought this trash can to go with the other Seville products I purchased for my garage (2 workbenches, cabinets, etc.) It was delivered within three days of purchase. It had a small dent in it but was not that bad. Went together easily and looks great. It is not as heavy duty as other Seville products I have purchased but is still a good product for the price.

Even though it has a very high rating, I did notice some people didn't give it five stars and now that I have received the item and I'm using it, I don't understand anything less than a five-star rating. I think this is the best trash can I have ever used. it's exactly what I've been wanting and have never come across. it's perfect for the kitchen. I have it under the corner of my kitchen island, with the opening facing the kitchen, making it very easy to just toss everything directly in it. I wasn't sure when I bought it if it would fit, but after I received it I noticed that it gives you the option of installing the height adjustable foot pads or the rolling wheels. I chose the foot pads and it fits beautifully under the lip of the countertop and actually looks really good in my kitchen, like it belongs there. I am so happy with my purchase and very highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trash can for inside their home. I ALSO WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ORDERING THE 18 GALLON MEMBERS MARK TRASH CAN LINERS. THEY ARE HEAVY DUTY AND FIT PERFECTLY. WITH THE SLIP OVER LID, YOU NEVER SEE THE BAG HANGING OVER THE EDGES AND HAS A VERY CLEAN LOOK TO IT. THESE TRASH BAGS ARE VERY HEAVY DUTY AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

This is awesome and matches are cabinets. However how frustrating! We are now having to order our 2nd Replacement because the first and the second were damaged. The first one, the lid was cracked all the way through and a huge dint on the corner. The second one, Black plastic fell out of the box which was from the trim and there Is a small dent on the side. I'm going to give it one more try to see if I can get one and not damaged. It is frustrating to have to pack this thing back up and drop off at a fedex drop off which is about an hour away. I should probably hang it up, but maybe the 3rd one will be the charm...

Dimesnions are wrong on Walmart. Garbage can is about 13" deep, height and depth are accurate (34.5h x 17d). The can is great size, it fits perfectly under my countertop without the casters. The casters are heavy duty and 2 are locking. Can is stainless steel, ridged. Amazon picture is more accurate representation. I ordered from Walmart as it is same price and easier to return if needed, but that won't be needed. I absolutely love this garbage can. It fits perfect in my space, the bag is secure and doesn't fall down inside can. Large garbage bag is perfect. I didn't think I would like the ridges but they look fine. Wish I could use the casters but even though I can't I still love it.
