Customer reviews for Titan 3D Pro Prestige Zero Gravity Massage Chair, Assorted Colors forWhat a great find!!
Bought for husband. He plants himself in this chair at least 3 times a day - he LOVES it!! He's invited many over to experience his new favorite thing. Got it for an amazing price, wish I would have bought 2 as I think he will wear this one out. Recommended to many -- who are all waiting for that sale price again. Had it over 5 months and his love for this chair hasn't diminished.
Great replacement!
I just bought this chair to replace one from 20 years ago that died on me. It was so easy to unpack and put the footrest on. I have not tried all of the settings yet, as it gives you alot of options as to your personal preferences. I also like the fact that i could buy it though Sam's and get a great discount and extended warranty on it.
Relaxing!
The chair feels great and is very relaxing. I enjoy the pre-programmed massages and being able to adjust the intensity. The zero gravity feature is also a plus. I use the chair almost every night to relax before going to bed. I would recommend this chair to anyone who likes receiving a massage, but you can't receive a professional massage daily. Having a massage chair at home is convenient and satisfying. My only complaint is that the massage sessions are only 15 minutes.
great chair with new technology
I’ve had this chair for 10 months. We bought it when it was on sale for $2,500. Well worth the price for a premium chair that is equip with new technology. This chair is for people who like a strong massage with options for intensity. The Japanese brushless motors are smooth, reliable, and quiet. The 3D option controls the motors and causes it to stick out a little further for a better massage. It does wonders on my back compared to past massage chairs that are weak. When buying a new one to replace our old Osaki, there were several features I wanted that this Amamedic chair has: -SL track with body computer scan -3D motors option -Brushless Japanese motors -better max weight limit 240-260lbs. -FDA approved class medical device -Bluetooth -Zero gravity -strong massage and durability -synthetic leather -better response time
Very Satisfied!
I bought this chair a week ago. This chair looks very nice and the massage features feel great! Set up was easy. Pros: It is quiet Heat feels great on my back. Airbags, rollers and foot massage feel great. Programmed and manual settings. Great to adjust 3D and intensity. Can power the chair on and move to zero gravity or lay back quietly without vibration feature. Pillow is very comfortable. Nice to just sit back with heat on and read or watch TV. Size is perfect. It fit through a standard interior door. Only had to remove the 3 hinge pins and remove the door and it fit through. Cons: Speaker are ok but not high quality. Better to wear headphones and listen to music anyway to muffle the humming noise and mechanical noises. Remote isn't backlit for all the buttons. Just have to use cell phone to light up the remote. Leg extension is spring loaded and not very relaxing to keep legs stretched. Still a comfortable massage even though legs are pushed a little toward you and bent at the knee.

Great chair
The chair is great, except for the leg extension you need to push the extension with your own power.
Great Sale Purchase
Great chair to purchase if you can find it on sale. I wouldn't recommend spending full price, there are other chairs in the $4-5k range that would have the same/better features. The spring loaded foot rest is a bit annoying, as you have to push down during the massage of you want the top section of your calves to get massaged. The foot roller is amazing, as are all the airbags on the feet, legs, arms, and shoulders. The roller track goes from my neck and hits my glutes, there is more than enough pressure on the standard settings. There is a fair amount of heat, I would compare it to a car seat on low settings. We've had it for a little over a week and use it daily. Overall, if you find this chair with the 50-60% discount again I would highly recommend purchasing. It is the best bang for your buck you'll find.
High price for what feels like entry level 3D
Overall impression: Disappointed in the features and feel of the chair given the price and how new this unit is. It feels like an introductory level product at an intermediate price. I saw the Osaki TP-8500 chair for around $1000 less at the time I purchased this, and it has more of the features I was thinking this chair would also have being higher priced. I would avoid this chair and get one of the older models with more features at a lower price. Pros: * Setup is easy, and packaging was great. Able to lift with two people using the box cut out handles, felt secure (though it is heavy at 200 pounds). * Wheels allow chair to be moved around on hard surfaces (carpet might be more difficult) * Looks extremely nice. * Shoulder press airbags were able to work on both me (5'10") and my wife (5'2") * Body does feel relaxed after using it Cons: * "52 inch SL track" is misleading, as is the image on Titan's website showing track length. Claim that it goes to "upper hamstrings" is completely incorrect, as it barely massages the upper half of my glutes (and I am a 155lb 5'10" man, so not large by any means). * Footrest is a manual extend, unlike other massage chairs I have tried which have a mechanical mechanism to move the two leg sections together and apart, meaning it cannot do automatic traction of the ankle/calf. * Foot roller just massages the arch of the foot, was hoping it would move forward and backward but it does not. No sole of foot massage as a result. * No ankle massage. * Seems to make the same amount of noise as other massage chairs I have tried, despite "new brushless motors" * Rear calf massage airbags are basically useless as they don't protrude enough to actually push into the backs of my calves. * Single airbags to massage arms are not as nice as multiple (would have liked to see separate write and forearm at least). * Lumbar heating is subtle * After a program finishes, it can take a long time to get the remote responsive again. The "tri-core processors" do not seem to help make it feel responsive. * High price considering lack of above features.
Could be better.
The chair looks modern and luxurious. The brown color with golden stripes and bluetooth speakers are great. Assembly of the chair is extremely easy. It took me 5 minutes to setup and ready to go and I didn't even the instruction booklet that came with it. The functions are as advertised and works as it should. The remote control is easy to use, but it does take some time to remember the functions since some of the buttons have multiple functions depending on how many times you press. However, there are a few things that could be better such as: 1/ The programs are pre-set for 15 minutes each automatically. The first full minute is for body scanning, that would leave 14 minutes for the massage. After the 15 minutes, it would go back to the rest position and if you choose another program, it will scan your body again for another minute even though you did not leave the chair. 2/ Leg extension is annoying. Because it is spring loaded, you have to keep on pressing it otherwise it would spring back up, which makes the calf massage function less effective because your legs are bent. You can't be totally relaxed if you keep on pressing the extension. 3/ The heat function does not seem to work at all. I could not feel anything when it is on. I was expecting it to be like the car seat heater, but was disappointed. 4/ Neck and Shoulder function mainly covers the lower level neck and not below the shoulder. Maybe I have to sit lower????? Overall, it is a good massage chair and it does what it is supposed to. There are many choices in the market now and at different prices. I am sure this is better than many, but it did not meet my full expectation with the cost.
