First cook is good after washing with warm water rust started visible and need brush coconut oil to help rush fades away. Need to wash right away and brush with oil to stay rush free.

I will say the size is great and the pans seem to be great quality but one has water stains and rust starting and I've never even used them(just opened the package that arrived last night). I was so hoping for this to be good but nope, they'll be going back unfortunately...

Used the round skillet to blister green beans. Worked great
