Good qaulity and reasonable price

I had a tire separation and called for an appointment, the call taker was professional and understood that I needed to get in because it had just happened. they called the local store in Las Cruces and they had a time slot later in the afternoon. I told hem great I'll take it. I finished what I was out to do and had a friend follow me the 2 mi to Sam's. This was very early, my apt was for 1600Hr and I was there at 1000Hr. I walk in and let them know that I was there and that I knew that I was early and asked if I could just leave it there for them because I had a ride home now and if I had to come back I would probably have to take an UBER home. The lady at the desk was friendly and told me that I could leave it and they would see if they could get it done sooner. I told her that would be great but I did understand that they are booked and had know problem if they couldn't I was just happy that you could get me in today.

Never a problem with anything we buy here

The tires that I needed were not in stock. A technician ordered it, but failed to call me when it arrived.

Bought the tires, told Sam's the batteries in the tire valve sensors were depleted and needed to be replaced. I was told they be taken care of. Sam's Club was to busy to answer calls, so they go to a call center. Call center also confirm Sam's Club policy is to replace valve stems. No call when the car was ready and the valve stem are not replaced. I am told their tool to replace the tire sensors is broken and if I buy the sensors they will install them for free. I have bought the sensors, will see if they keep their word.
