Runs big. No elastic waistband so can slide down. No binding on the legs so comfortable for sleeping

I only wear boyshorts since they hide the lines. I bought medium size and they fit great but after wearing them awhile the legs would roll up. I think if they were a little longer, it would not roll up or maybe my legs are too big?
