This supplement really gets me amped up before the gym or Camp Gladiator. I've only taken it for a few weeks now and I do feel like it is helping with fat burn. I've also noticed it also seems like an appetite suppressant as I'm not feeling quite as hungry.

Once I added my gym routine to it, the capsules helped me go longer. What I did not expect was the crash. Well, maybe crash isn't the correct word. Every evening I felt exhausted, ready for bed before 7pm. I felt like no matter what I did I was not getting enough rest. Appetite lessened a bit, but no noticable weight loss. Possible 3 weeks, with sporadic gym visits just isn't enough.

The product didn't leave my shaky as similar competitor options have in the past so that was great! Will definitely continue to use on a regular base in my gym routine.

Yes I had increased energy, but even with proper diet and exercise (I go to the gym regularly), I noticed no significant weight loss as compared to my diet and exercise without this supplement. The only reason for 2 stars is because it did give me added energy, but did not perform on the fat burning or increases metabolism as promised.

I have been able to shed the unwanted fat without the post-workout crash. I am very pleased with my results. This stuff works, and works well. I prefer to take one before lunch, and another before dinner, and I only take them on days where I am eating clean, and getting in exercise after work. Whether I am powerlifting, doing DDP Yoga, or keeping it simple on the rotary bike or elliptical, I am finding that I am losing 3-4 lbs per day with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the Force Factor LeanFire supplements for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a little more energy throughout the day and no jittery feeling at all, but it's more than likely because I drink coffee and caffeine doesn't affect me the way it would affect someone that doesn't drink beverages that contain caffeine. I did notice that I am a bit more energetic during spin class and strength training and that's a plus! Aside from the added energy, I didn't lose any additional weight on this supplement (yes I do work out daily and watch what I eat) and actually did notice a slight weight gain with no changes to my diet (I did not eat more, did not eat less) recently after having added this supplement to my daily routine. With the exception of added energy, this product didn't do much for me as far as weight loss or burning fat faster. I would, however, still recommend this to someone that needs the extra energy and motivation to exercise regularly or help with eating less to encourage weight loss.
