Pre-workout isn't for everyone, but this doesn't make you jittery, but it will increase your heart rate and give you a little jolt if you are tired before your workout.

I appreciate that effect as some weight loss thermogenics leave you feeling funny or super tired when it wears off. I haven't noticed a weight loss yet, but have kept energy up to do my workouts. No bad side effects and I will continue using this product.

The first time was combined with a low carb diet and exercise and that combination helped me to lose 70lbs in order to qualify me to donate my kidney. No nasty flavor after taking it, no jitters either, and the ingredients sound promising. Now for the cons... I didn't notice any real change even with regular diet and exercise. I didn't notice a difference in my body or energy levels. Maybe with a longer trial period I would see actual results, but with a 2 week supply, I don't think it truly did justice as far as being able to see if it really makes a difference or not.

I used this product to kickstart myself back into my workout routine, although its not an intense workout. Aside from being slightly more sweaty than i expected, i feel that this product did everything it claimed to. I felt like i had more energy during the day and more stamina for my workouts. Since I didn't weigh myself, I cant be positive on weight loss, in terms of the number, but i do notice a difference in the way my clothing fits, so I will add that to the benefits of this product.
