This product is different ! I had amazing energy , but I was not jittery , like with other brands I've tried . Pre-workout isn't for everyone, but this doesn't make you jittery, but it will increase your heart rate and give you a little jolt if you are tired before your workout.

Since I started Weight Watchers at the beginning of the year, I haven't been working out as hard as normal so I decided to take these before eating. Similar products to this sometimes makes my heart race and cause me to feel nauseated, but Leanfire just gives me an extra pep in my step. I don't feel jittery at all, so for this reason, I would recommend this to my friends and family. However, I'm not sure if it ACTUALLY works because I can't tell if I'm losing weight because of my diet or because of this product. I lost only 4 pounds in 27 days.
