This gives me a great motivated energy. I'm combining lean fire with diet and exercise and I have lost 4lbs this week! My only issue is that I forget to take it before my 2 biggest meals. I cook all our meals and don't always remember in the time frame recommended.

I didn't really notice much change initially the first day or two but by day 3 and 4 I definitely noticed an improvement in my energy level and actually a bit of a curbed appetite between meals so I really liked that aspect of it. However, on the weight loss side of it I did not notice any real appreciable weight loss during the time I have been taking Leanfire. I workout about 3-4 times a week in the gym strength training and another day or two when possible doing cardio, so I sort of expected to see some improved results of weight loss during this time but just haven't seen it. Overall I would use this again as a way to provide energy without the crash that sugars provide and the curbing of appetite but not sure I can endorse this as a weight loss agent, at least for me.

Me and my husband have been using this. I started an exercise regiment with it an i was slowly losing weight, (a couple pounds) a week. I started taking this and the first week I didn't notice much difference (3lbs) but the second week I was down FIVE pounds from the week before. This is the third week so Idk yet but I think it works! i haven't changed a thing i was doing before i started this pill so Ima say it probably works like it says for me. My husband is losing weight too but he doesn't check it as often so I'm not sure how his pattern went. CONS would be sometimes If I take it when I drink more than like, two cups of coffee I feel very jittery. If I eat shortly after I take it, like it says, I dont jitter.
