I thought it may have just been my body adjusting to the product so I used it for a few more days. The burning sensation did not go away. I am not saying the product is not good. It does exactly what it stated it would. I had a lot of energy. I just did not like the way it bad me feel.

I didn't change anything, other than I bought a bag of apples so added those to my daily regimen! Over 4 weeks, I lost 6 pounds. I didn't experience sugar cravings and honestly felt more focused at work. I had no side effects, did not feel jittery, and it did not keep me from falling asleep at night regardless of how late I took it. Will definitely be something I add to my daily routine!

I would have been interested in trying it for a month to determine if it works. I was not have any weird side effects like some other reviews mention so like I said I'd definitely continue using it.. also I was taking my blood pressure and poise 2x/day after taking it and it was normal for me still 110/65 and 75bpm. So like I said I didn't notice any problems from it and think given a longer trial it could help:

I do have some more energy like I want to walk around the building at work now instead of sitting binging junk food snacks at my desk. Only comment I have if in the first week of taking this supplement I noticed feeling sweaty or more hot than normal. Funny now that im out of the supplements ive noticed that my snack boredom appetited is gone still but I feel colder then normal like I find myself layering up more.
