I am now getting older and my metabolism isn't like it used to be. I've seen a lot of other companies have horse sized supplements. You have to coach yourself into not gagging. Force Factor Lean Fire supplement has a little size to it, but it is swallowed easy. Usually, I am sensitive to supplements. A lot have made me nauseous or just feel bad all around. I have yet to feel any kind of nausea using Force Factor Lean Fire. I've lost a total of 5 pounds so far and counting! If you are looking for a supplement that increases energy while burning fat, Force Factor Lean Fire is a great product that shows results.

I take caffeine/stimulant supplements pretty frequently so I have a pretty significant tolerance even so, it did make me a bit jittery. The jitteriness did subsided after a few days of taking it.

I've lost about 4 pounds which I am pleased with and I am gaining some definition in my stomach area. But I definitely expected to see something more drastic, especially since I eat a vegan diet and increased my physical fitness.
