More focus, increased stamina while working out, and quicker weight loss are goals but most products or thermogenics leave me feeling hot and makes my skin crawl. So far that has not happened with this product!! I do feel like I have more energy. Can't wait to see the long-term results to see if weight loss quicken. I plan to get another bottle when this one is done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't really sure what to expect, I researched this product once I heard about the campaign. No sweat/energy nothing like that. I tried 1 a day & 2 a day. & at diff times. I selected that I would recommend to a friend because it's different for everyone.

I will absolutely never take these again. After taking 2 the morning of the first day. I thought I was gonna have to go to the ER. My whole body starred trembling. I mean trembling not jitters. I spent ALL DAY sick. Cold sweats. Hot sweats. Nausea. Headache. It would come and go. Im no stranger to caffeine, diet pills, expresso or energy drinks. And it overloaded me.

Me and my husband have been using this. I started an exercise regiment with it an i was slowly losing weight, (a couple pounds) a week. I started taking this and the first week I didn't notice much difference (3lbs) but the second week I was down FIVE pounds from the week before. This is the third week so Idk yet but I think it works! i haven't changed a thing i was doing before i started this pill so Ima say it probably works like it says for me. My husband is losing weight too but he doesn't check it as often so I'm not sure how his pattern went. CONS would be sometimes If I take it when I drink more than like, two cups of coffee I feel very jittery. If I eat shortly after I take it, like it says, I dont jitter.

The first few days, it made me a little jittery as I don't consume a lot of caffeine, but once I got used to it, it did give me more energy to function in my daily life. It was nice to not have to rely on a cup of coffee. My weight stayed about where it started, but I think I'm going to try it for a 2nd month too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have completed almost the entire course of this product. But I have seen no benefits. I have the tiniest extra energy without the jitters, which is why I have given this product 2 stars. But I haven't lose an ounce while using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a heavy coffee drinker and I read that you were supposed to limit caffeine consumption with this. Once I got over not drinking a ton of coffee in the morning it was easy to get in the habit. One of the few supplements that did not make me quiver or feel nauseous. I would recommend. I have not seen much change but also this has only been on bottle.
