I like that this doesn't give me the jitters. I have lasting energy when I take it in the morning and again with lunch.

So far its helping control cravings. It has a weird, familiar smell, but the was sealed and it doesn't expire anytime soon, so I'm not too concerned. Its been 2 weeks, I'm micturating more often, I gym 2-3x per week, no noticeable weight difference yet, I will update in a cpl months. Signed, Z

More focus, increased stamina while working out, and quicker weight loss are goals but most products or thermogenics leave me feeling hot and makes my skin crawl. I just noticed that it made me look more lean after about a week. I almost immediately felt a burst of energy upon taking one. Nice to take as a pre-work out. I did notice a bit of jitters for a about 15 minutes or so but I enjoy the extra caffeine intake and some don't. I do believe it has helped me thin out much more quickly than before I was using them.
