I did exactly as the directions required. The ham was OVERBAKED and DRY. I won't use the "crispy glaze" EVER AGAIN. Ham was also tough. I'll pay for bone next time.

This ham was so tasty and awesome that all I had to do was heat it up and add juice from the ham to the glaze mix at the end and slather on! Delish!!!

Loved the flavor and the fact that there was NO bone..however, the slices were TOO thick which made serving pieces having to be cut into...but even so, I would purchase again!

Hope we don’t get sick! Ham was slimy coming out of the vacuum sealed package. It was like that between all the slices as well. Cooked it since it didn’t smell bad and was still within the used by date. But it just had an off ‘sour’ taste to it. Told the family to stop eating it and it went to the trash.

Terrible! Threw it out!

I made this ham on Christmas day and the flavor was terrible. I did not use the packet nor did I put anything on it and it had a bitter, sour taste. They must also put spices on it before they cook it and they were too strong. I can't imagine how bad it would have been with the spice packet added. I didn't want that flavor because I like to use the leftover ham in casserole dishes and such that don't pair well with those flavors. I even rinsed the ham off and I could see probably 2 tbsps worth of spices in the bottom of the pan. The sour taste must come from a preservative they use and it ruined the whole ham. It was so tasty and even though rinsing it did get some of the taste off it just could not be salvaged. It was just my husband and I here so we barely ate 1/2 lb of it and I actually threw it out. I NEVER throw food out and I will choke down food we don't love just to avoid throwing it away and wasting it, I was certain I could not do that with this ham. I was so excited to make this and I had tons of meals planned to use the leftovers. This really sucks, I have NEVER left a negative review on Sam's and I always love their meats so this was beyond disappointing. I wish I could get a refund. We were not going to be able to make it to Sam's for a few weeks so there was no way I could save the ham to return it for a refund. I hate to lose the $ we put out for this nasty sour ham.

Don’t waste your money. I normally buy the market side ham from Walmart. I followed the directions to a T. When my son asked if it was cooked, I knew it was bad. I added brown sugar and pineapples as normal. It wasn’t very flavourful at all. I tried to salvage by marinating the leftovers in pineapple juice and more brown sugar. We shall see if it helps 🤞🏾.

We bought this ham for Christmas, had been pleased with it in previous years, but didn't realize it was a boneless, seemingly processed, ham. It was dry, even prepared following directions, and didn't have much flavor. It was a disappointment, and we'll be careful next year to make sure we get a bone-in, non-processed, ham.

The ham smelled like Spam and tastes more like a processed product than actual ham. We bought a ham for my parents too, and their ham is the same as ours. I hate returning things, but we are seriously considering bringing it back. The return associates can smell it too. I'm never buying this again. I've never been this disappointed with a Sam's Club brand product.
