I have 4 pets and I was doubtful that this little robot could keep up with the fur. I was wrong. My floors have never looked better. I have not tried the mop yet but I run the vacuum every day and it does an amazing job. There is some regular maintenance required, cleaning the brushes etc but it is minimal and I do not have to push a bulky vacuum around anymore. Love it!!

We have an active home, farmhouse with lots of Corgi dogs (enter lots of glitter!). This mop/vacuum started strong; however, with only 9 months of ownership, it is now offline because it has an error we can not seem to fix. Since running this vacuum once daily, it has never emptied properly (it clogs, so you have to take apart the base to clear the hair), and we have only had ONE replacement bag used (that tells you how often it can empty itself). We have a Shark that runs side by side with this one, and it is still going strong! Hoping to hit a Black Friday sale on the Shart to replace the bObsweep, since we can not seem to clear the error (something about the dustbin - and we have taken the thing apart and cleaned EVERYTHING). The Shark is a better made product for homes with lots of dogs. (our entire home is hardwood floors with rugs placed everywhere).

The first three or four runs through the house were brutal. I didn't think it was working correctly. The problem was it was getting so much debris (namely under beds) that was being missed by our traditional vacuum, that it was getting clogged. After clearing out the bin in the vacuum, it kept getting clogged. After looking through your troubleshooting guide, I realized the wall station was clogged as well and not able to suck the debris from the vacuum. Ater fixing those two issues and running the vacuum a few more times, everything has been great. I run the vacuum a few times each week. I am impressed at how it cleans and goes around each leg of chairs at the dinning table. Maintenance and cleaning of vacuum is now just occasional. Most importantly, my house floor is staying dirt free. The entry way get dirty faster than the rest of the house. It is so convenient to use the app to have the vacuum just go clean the trouble spots. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking to but a robot vacuum.

I purchased the bObsweep UltraVision Self-Emptying Vacuum in late December 2024. Now three months later I am really thrilled with this vacuum. Initially after about three weeks I did have a problem which was the base charging unit stopped working for some unknown reason. I contaced the manufacturer and explained my experince over the telephone. The company representative, Margarita, immediately diagnosed the problem. Margarita said that she was going to send a replacement out to me. To my surprise the replacement was at my front door three days later!!! This company really cares about their reputation. The vacuum has been running flawlessly ever since. I really like the vacuum's avoidance ability. The other great feature is that you can assign three different suction strengths. The weakest strength is very quiet and still does a great job on my hardwood floors. This unit is well worth buying!!! I have no regrets. The vacuum does its job easily and the company is WONDERFUL!!!

This is my second robot vacuum, and is a definite upgrade from my previous on. I have a golden retriever so there's plenty of hair and dander, and the results have been very noticeable. I've always ran a regular vacuum once a week in addition to the robo, and while although it's running on the same schedule as my old one, I haven't had to empty my regular vacuum since I've owned this b0b! Before b0b my "once-weekly" manual vacuum involved me filling it up everytime, pretty impressive.

I have a very large house so I pick a couple of rooms each day to make sure the battery does not run out. I love how it takes over, does its thing and saves me lots of time to other chores. I clean it up at the end of each week, which is very easy with the tools provided. Should have bought something like this sooner.

First I want to share that this was an amazing deal!! Then, my Bobsweep started acting up he didn't want o work with me. I was so happy that I had filled out all the paperwork on the app. The people that work at Bobsweep are Number 1 in my book they took such good care of me and my BOB! Could never go wrong in buying one.

I didn't know if I would like a robotic vacuum, but I LOVE this one! I compared BoB to other brands before I purchased and decided I liked the description of Bob the best. I thought I would still need to use my regular vacuum as well, but BoB sweeps so good and makes nice straight rows on the carpet, so I rarely pull out my upright vac. Feels like we had a maid here after he does his work. And, I love being able to make a schedule for him. Saves me so much time and keeps my floors free from debris. Highly recommend!

This guy is amazing!! Go Bob, Go! We put him on a timer and have a larger house so he goes for a couple hours downstairs. The mapping feature is pretty phenomenal. We've stood in front of him just to test the theory and he doesn't hit our feet. He goes in long line patterns for the most part, bak and fourth. We have vinyl laminate flooring and some rugs. He goes over them nicely. I've been really happy with the purchase.

The bObsweep UltraVision vacuum does a wonderful job. It has exceeded my expectations. It navigates smoothly, doesn't miss spots, and handles different floor types effortlessly. I love the automatic emptying feature.
