[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does anyone else remember watching the Care Bears? I always wondered what it would feel like to sleep on a cloud. Now I know. Now. I. Know. This bed is called the Plush Pillow Top and for a good reason. The first night I slept in this bed, I called my best friend to tell her I was sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My old mattress used to slide all over the place and I was constantly shoving it back into place. This mattress is heavy and doesn't budge! I can't even begin to express how lucky I am for being gifted this mattress. Do I recommend it? A million times YES!!!!

Mattress hugs your body while providing plenty of support. As a 180 lb male, it allows me to sleep on my stomach, side, or back without pains. Fabrics do not cause any excessive heat or sweating issues I wish it was not quite as deep as it sits high off the ground.

I was apprehensive when it was delivered and I first laid on it because I was used to a 4” memory foam topper on my hybrid mattress. It felt very firm to me. First night I slightly elevated my head and knees with adjustable base and slept very well. No hip aches or shoulder pain. Very happy so far with this BeautyRest Black Series One!

After suffering through two sleepless months on a Prana Elite Hybrid (way too firm created pressure points and constant discomfort), I made the switch to the Beautyrest Black 3 Medium Pillow Top and couldn't be happier. This mattress has been a game-changer. I'm a back and side sleeper, and I share the bed with my husband and our two large dogs- so motion isolation is a must. With the Beautyrest, I don't feel a thing when anyone shifts during the night. The support is spot on: no more waking up with aches, stiffness, or sore hips. It contours just enough to relieve pressure points without sinking in too far. The cooling technology is another standout. Even with pets and shared body heat, I'm sleeping cool and comfortable all night long. If you're coming from an older mattress (ours was 20+ years old!) and worried about transitioning, this one offers fantastic support and comfort Were finally getting real, restful sleep again. It isn't too plushy and soft which is perfect for me, and it doesn't make me sweaty at night. I was surprised at the height of the pillow top and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to test such an amazing product!! Thanks Influenster and Beautyrest, I'll be looking at this brand for my next bed too.

Just got it but once broken in like the stores I assume this will be a great bed worth the price. Coming from a Beautyrest that was 12 years old and after finding the box spring and base to be the problem, the old bed will be repurposed for a family member to get a few more years out of. I fully expect the same or better quality from the BR Black medium.

I have scoliosis, and my husband has shoulder issues from a motorcycle accident as a kid, so it's important we have a supportive mattress. But let me tell you, I had no idea a mattress could be THIS supportive. I don't know if it's the Surface Touch Gel Memory Foam, the Self Response Latex, or the 2K Nano Coils, but when you lay down you can immediately feel this mattress conform to envelop every part of your body like a cloud. There are no uncomfortable pressure points, I don't wake up with numb spots anymore, and so sleep so soundly and wake up without pain! One of my other favorite aspects is the motion separation! Hubby is a flopper, and it use to wake me up constantly, but now he can flip flop to his heart (or shoulders) content, and I barely even feel it! I also appreciate the attention that was taken to control temperature with the Sleep Climate Technology and Micro Diamond memory foam! As a gal who is right about the age where hot flashes may soon become a concern, this is a super important feature to me! It's a little taller than I was expecting, and since our bed is already kind of high, I will probably grab a low profile foundation at some point to lower it to a perfect height. But it's still manageable as is, and my sheets still fit! I really couldn't be happier with it though! I tend to sleep on my sides, or back, and it's perfect for either position! I always feel perfectly supported, and even after a couple of weeks of sleeping on it, I still drift off to sleep each night thinking about how amazing it feels!

It offers excellent support and reduces motion transfer, making it great for couples. I also felt it maintained a cool sleeping surface, which is ideal for those who tend to sleep hot - like me. Overall, the mattress is designed with premium materials that are both durable and comfortable. The downside is the sizing as it feels much smaller than anticipated. For example, my husband and I have owned a queen bed for years which was plenty of space for us. However, the mattress, listed as a Queen size, is noticeably smaller in width than what I'm used to. It feels more along the sizing of a twin XL, so I would recommend sizing up.

My husband would happily sleep on a piece of plywood for the support and I prefer something softer since I am a side sleeper. This mattress somehow has won us both over, it is soft enough to be comfortable to me and also has great support that makes my husband happy. I absolutely recommend. The only thing to be mindful of is that this is a thicker mattress so standard sheets will fit, but just barely, so the fitted sheet does come off at the corner every so often for us. Still totally worth it and I will be getting new sheets to fit it better.
