[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has negatively impacted my quality of life by giving me ongoing back pain, interrupted sleep and exhausted days. This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

My nagging morning backache went away with my new mattress and I have truly rested so much better immediately after I got my Stearns and Foster.

We only made one mistake: when the white glove service guys offered to take it upstairs we should have let them. This is one heavy mattress! We huffed and puffed it upstairs, got it in place and dropped onto the thing. My wife and I agree that we are too old to ever do that again. Advancing age of the occupants aside, the Lux Estate medium is a great night's sleep.

After being recommended this mattress through an in-store evaluation machine, I ended up purchasing it online instead. I’m so glad I did. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the biggest difference is that I no longer wake up sore. Supportive without feeling too firm (or too soft),and it’s made a noticeable improvement in how I feel in the mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very comfortable mattress. It remains stable while my wife is tossing and turning on her side of the bed. No bounce. It is very well made. The only downside is because of the materials and construction of the mattress, it is heavy. This is a minimal tradeoff for the quality of the mattress.

It provides support while still giving me cushion on my hips as I'm a side sleeper. I would say the only challenging item is it's very heavy so trying to lift the corners when putting on sheets is pretty challenging.

We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper and my husband tosses and turns, so with our prior mattress it was rough getting a good night sleep. We are so happy with the new split king lux estate adjustable mattress. It's soft but firm, and we love that we can put our head or feet up independently. Neither of us wakes up with back pain like we used to and most of all, my husband can move all he wants and it doesn't interrupt my sleep. The only thing I don't love about it is sometimes after adjusting each mattress, you have to push it back over a little to the center to push them together. I wish the mattress had a backing similar to a rug for no slipping against the frame so this doesn't happen. Even with that, still great purchase and experience for us! Easy to order online and the delivery guys were great.

I just purchased an SF through mattress firm. I am so disappointed, especially for the high cost. I struggle with back pain, and this mattress sinks in the middle. My husband and I feel ourselves rolling into the center. This should provide far more support than it does.
