I buy this product for my mom since her Sam's Club in a different city doe NOT carry this item. Only 40 miles away from my store.

In the past this package of cheese was 2 lbs.. It has shrunk to 1 1/2 lbs. The price is still high!

This is so salty but so finely ground it’s easy to add in cooking hot dishes it dissolves or is incorporated fast.

Sprinkle on anything, especially on flash fried spinach salad. This cheese has the best flavor. Grated parmesan doesn't compare.
