This is the best cheese that I found compliments my Italian dishes. It’s combination of both cheeses is excellent.

This is so salty but so finely ground it’s easy to add in cooking hot dishes it dissolves or is incorporated fast.

Crazy, I know, but I have a Sam's Club membership to get this!!🤣 Of course, I end up getting much more and have upgraded membership!😉

I have purchased this item several times. I'm not sure what happened, but it doesn't seem to be the same as in the past. The last two bags I purchased were clumpy and lacked flavor. I won't the buying it anymore.

This cheese was amazing. It was perfect replacement for the grated Romano my family loved from the recently closed local cheese shop. Unfortunately, I haven't seen it in stock for several months now.

C'mon, enough is enough. Bring it back. The recall is over. It's being sold by Boars Head again and since it's the same thing, there's no reason you can't carry it as well. Please bring it back.

We purchased a bag last year that we kept in the freezer and poured into a small tub as needed for cooking pasta dishes. Bought this bag a month ago thinking it would be exactly the same, but it's not at all. This is very clumpy--can't even get the clumps to break up with a fork. Also the flavor is not there at all. You can add gobs to a dish and not the flavor just a little of the old stuff would give Looks like I'm going to have to spend my membership renewal money on buying better cheese elsewhere as this was one of the few items that had us shopping here.
