Mattress is too soft and the exchange process is horrible. The reps do not know what they are doing and very disorganized. Hasn’t been a good experience and not sure I would purchase another item from this company

Sides are a little softer than I would like, sitting on edge of bed I sink in about 1/2 the thickness of mattress and I weigh 190. Once on mattress it sleeps great.

Absolutely wonderful bed!! So comfortable and hugs your body!! I don’t wake up with my body hurting anymore! Splet through the night without waking up! Very happy with my purchase!

Very comfortable. Good support without being too hard. I still sleep a little hot but not near as hot as my old mattress. The edge could be a little more firm, sometimes I feel like I might slid off.

Delivery was fast and efficient - Setup super easy- Adjustability and position options are fabulous- Mattress is comfortable but a bit too much on the soft side.

I’m still within my 101 days. It’s been great until about a day ago. My hip has started aching again. Not sure if it’s from the mattress or not. I hope it isn’t!

Bed is very comfortable. Just the right amount of firmness for us some may think otherwise either way. We can tell it's got a cooling affect because we don't sweat like we use to. Overall we love this bed and glad we stumbled on it

really good, I hate it because my boyfriend is opting to stay in bed rather then join me in the world called mornings...and it makes his back feel awesome! I'm happy with my purchase.

Nice bed! I love that it vibrates! The mattress is holding its shape nicely. We have had it several months. We got the split king so I can sleep with my feet up slightly.

The mattress slides apart and causes a ditch between the two on our sit king adjustable bed. I love the mattress and the frame but keeping them in place on the frames is a whole different issue.
