My name is Cynthia Harmon..I purchased a ghost bed for my son....as he had back surgery and this bed was recommended....he tried the bed for over the 30 days and did not like it at all...I called for ghost bed to return it....in the meantime it was in my garage....my husband and I had split up at that time...he donated the bed to a family that had a fire...also, along with a lot of my stuff that was in the garage...( his revenge)....

Bed is good. Just a little firm but getting better sleep. Like the cooling comfort w/ o having to put a separate topper on it. Don’t be shy! Give the bed a try ! Just may require a break in period if you are used to a softer bed. I do have a mattress topper on mine for now but may remove it soon to see how I sleep w/o it. It just gives some softness on top of the mattress but it does support all the major pressure points of the body where it counts. Not disappointed!

Base and mattress were easy to set up.Base shipping box was beat up and some small damage that did not warrant the hassle of return. I wish legs were sturdier. 2 of the threaded inserts spun out. Lucky there were 2 more I could use. Mattress was firmer than expected. Ok first few weeks. Now that its broken in it's a little softer but thinner. I'm a side sleeper. 6ft 240. Now I sometimes feel springs .I'm looking into a topper option

After experiencing low back and shoulder pain, I checked back and found that our mattress was 20 years old! Time does pass quickly! I researched many types of mattress then decided to try the GhostBed. My husband was skeptical about buying a mattress by mail but with the trial period, he agreed. Now he loves this mattress and I do too. It really is just right. Not soft, not firm/hard. Support without being hard and soft without being mushy. Great purchase for us.

I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other! I added the adjustable base and am able to find the perfect position for the best possible sleep every night. And the pillows are perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I just received my Ghostbed Flex and it’s been great. The setup was easy and I received the bed very quickly. I think I have found the bed that is right for me, as I didn’t have to compromise on what I was looking for in a bed. It’s very comfortable for a side sleeper. The cooling top is great as I sleep hot. The bed came with cooling pillows as well that are like sleeping on ice cubes. I have gone through a few bed in a box mattresses and this one is the one I’m going to keep. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great bed overall. My money didn’t plunge, as it was a great price for a queen bed, and is overall a great investment.

Prior to getting the Ghostbed Flex I was using a hotel collection aireloom mattress that we bought locally and had for a little over a year. It had microcoil springs and a bunch of other things that sounded great, and for a brief time the mattress was reasonably comfortable (until it wasn't). I ended up wearing two indentations into the HCA mattress, one on each side, and even with an adjustable base was no longer able to sleep comfortably in it. Enter the Ghostbed Flex: comfort was finally returned. I've had it now going on two months and it's still every bit as good as when it first arrived. The combination of the heavy wrapped coils with the memory foam layers on top has been a very different (but good) sleeping experience from any other mattress that I've had before. It's got plenty of firm support, but still gets that plush and squishy bit from the upper layers without feeling any of the coils or rigid areas below. It has been a cooler sleeping mattress when compared to my previous mattress for sure, though I still usually find myself having to ditch any blankets and stick with just a top sheet to keep really cool (not going to knock any stars off there, this is still the best mattress I've ever used). It's held my weight at 325 lbs without the slightest problem, kept its shape and form without any indentations, works like a charm with my adjustable bed base, and has just been an overall pleasure to sleep in. It would definitely be a mattress that I would have no hesitations recommending to anyone else.

The price was a little steep, but comparable to other mattresses prices. After a lot of review, this bed seemed to be the best offer. So far it's great! No back aches, I sleep better, and I love the pillows!! They are very cool and comfortable. Easy set up, hard to believe all this comfort in a box! Overall I am very pleased with this mattress.

Ordered a mattress and it came with a free mattress cover. The cover came quickly - had to wait an additional week for the mattress. Well worth the wait. Plenty of room for both my partner and I to sprawl out, plus room for my dog. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the GhostBed Flex after a co-worker recommended it. My decision did not come lightly as I was super timid of ordering something that I was unable to go try out first and I am not one for impulse buys. Nevertheless, I did it and have been completely satisfied with my purchase. The Flex is the perfect mattress for all sleepers. It has softness, firmness, and is bouncy all at the same time. I felt an immediate benefit.
