This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either. The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive. Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.

I bought the Ghostbed Flex in king size. My wife and I have been very happy with it. I was nervous at first about ordering online without trying it out first, but after reading a bunch of third party reviews and tests I decided to go with the Ghost and I am glad I did. There was no smell from the mattress when we opened it up, that was a common complaint about a lot of other brands. This made it so we could use it right away without having to let it air out. My wife wanted one made without the nasty flame retardant chemicals and the Ghost happens to work for that as well. Firmness I would say is medium... I am a back/ side sleeper and were very happy with it.

Greatest bed ever. When I have the amount of women I have (4) at the same time in my bed, I need support. Very hard to but I manage to please all of them and that’s a direct correlation to my new Ghost Bed. Furthermore, when I drop my loads all over them (never in them, don’t want kids) I need not to worry about staining the mattress because of the Ghost Bed mattress cover. Anyways, great mattress and great company 5 stars all the way. #drinkinbros

I love this bed! When I lay in it I almost never wake up to toss and turn and when I do, it is amazing to feel a nice cold feeling. My husband who was a paratrooper has back issues and is 110% satisfied... which says a lot because we have tried out beds and nothing seemed to be perfect for him.

Great bed My wife and I have bin sleeping on this bed for a few months and I can really say it’s a great sleep I’m about 260lb and my wife is about 120lb, I don’t feel any dip on my side Kinda remember the days we would argue why she always rolls into me when I’m sleeping till we found out about the “dip” that I have cause do to this muscular heavy set body, I had to get rid of that mattress so I can enjoy a good conversation at breakfast again. I spent weeks online searching for the perfect bed and so glad I found GhostBed. It’s supportive yet soft and my husband loves the edge support. He was constantly complaining about feeling like he was falling off the edge with our last bed, but no issues with the GhostBed Flex. Overall we are both very satisfied.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. Soft yet not too soft. Firm yet not too firm. It's very cool to the touch, no overheating.Time will tell if it holds up and doesn't develop a body cavern. Price point with the Chinese power pedestal was kinda high in my opinion.

We ordered the split king Flex with the adjustable base, plus the pillows, sheets, waterproof cover, and 6” legs for the base. Received most of the products rather quickly. It was easy to put together and although I initially thought the mattress might be too firm, it was perfect for us. It is firm but also well cushioned. Had a couple of minor issues but everyone in customer service I encountered was excellent. This company makes a great product, stands behind it, and provides quality support. Thank you!

The setup out of the box was a piece of cake. Easy to take out and roll right across the platform. The softness of the bed was really weird for the first week. You definitely have to give it time to get use to. The flex is nice but very soft. I may have been better off getting the matrix being it said it’s a little firmer. Who knows maybe another review in the future.

The bed was shipped quickly and east to setup. We got the adjustable base as well and everything went together smoothly. The bed is still.stiff after about 60 days but I have adjusted to the bed. using the adjustable base allows me find that perfect spot where I wake up feeling refreshed. All in all a good bed.
