The setup out of the box was a piece of cake. Easy to take out and roll right across the platform. The softness of the bed was really weird for the first week. You definitely have to give it time to get use to. The flex is nice but very soft. I may have been better off getting the matrix being it said it’s a little firmer. Who knows maybe another review in the future.

Shipping was fast, we received all of our items in just a few days. Easy to setup. Took a few days to get to full height/expansion (we slept on it the first night). Seems to be a good balance between springs and foam. You dont' sink into the bed and it's not super stiff. I think maybe an extra inch of memory foam would be good for some added pressure relief, but I find the bed to be very comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE my new Ghostbed! I’m a pretty heavy person so I was a little worried that I would not like it and be stuck with it. But all worries disappeared when I first laid on it. It does feel like a cloud. It was a wonderful feeling and then I put on the awesome sheets and it was even better. I did a lot of research trying to find the perfect bed and found it! Also I sleep hot and the gel layer really works well keeping me nice and cool all night. My advice, buy one of these! Lol by the way, I bought the Ghostbed flex model. You won’t be sorry. Was having horrible hip pain on my old 7 inch foam mattress and decided to take the leap and get ghost bed flex. This bed (only 2 months in) is the TRUTH. No hip pain, great sleep. The bed doesn’t measure out to 13 inches as advertised but it’s pretty close. So far I’m happy with the purchase. If you’re looking for a good hybrid mattress at a fair price definitely look into this bed. Great for side and back sleeping.

We love the ghost bed. My wife is a side sleeper and I am a back and stomach sleeper. We were worried that it would not offer both of us good support. But it did and we have not sleep better then we have in the last two weeks. It’s supports both of us perfectly. We had a sleep number bed and this bed it so much better.

I really like my new ghost flex bit when I took ot out of the box and let it expand there was a noticeable crease when it was folded up in the box. It seems to sort of slope the that one side a little. I may just be over sensitive because I have ner gotten a bed I. A box. I absolutely do love my adjustable frame though!!

Spent years on another memory foam mattress that was supposed to be the supreme. After sweating my life away in sleeplessness my wife and I decided to throw in the towel with trying to "fix" our at the time current mattress. Since owning our new Ghostbed Flex we've slept much more sound and comfortably. The night sweats and restlessness are gone. Wish we'd upgraded much sooner.

We had gone back and forth for a couple of months about purchasing this mattress and adjustable frame. After having rotator cuff surgery, I could not stand one more night sleeping in our recliner!! The next morning I placed the order and we had the bed in 4 days! I no longer need to sleep at an angle for my shoulder, but I still do, I get a full nights sleep. The mattress is so comfortable, and the adjustable frame is awesome. Thank you Ghostbed!!

I was skeptical at foray ordering a bed in a box, however the bed is very comfortable. The only complaint is have is I had to air it out for 2 weeks after opening it, that's horrendous fishy order that was emitted after opening was terrible. But overall I am satisfied with my bed.

My main worry before committing to purchase this bed was how soft it was going to be. I don't like super soft beds and I know everyone's idea of firm is different. Needless to say, after it arrived and we spent the first night on it I was in love. It was the best, most solid sleep I have had in at least a decade. I'm definitely hooked for sure.
