Love the mattresses. Very comfortable for us. The All-in-one foundations are great - but there are errors in the assembly instructions - figured it out fine but some may not. Customer service - well it was good just very slow. COVID I am sure is partly to blame. We had defective foundations (wooden ones) and they replaced them with the metal All-in-one foundations. We didn't even have to send them back. Well done (just took a few weeks of waiting).

I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other! I added the adjustable base and am able to find the perfect position for the best possible sleep every night. And the pillows are perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

My wife and I purchased the ghostbed flex, king with twin xl mattresses and the adjustable base. We are sleeping much cooler these days (nights). The bed is softer than we thought it would be, that’s a good thing, and the support is perfect, because of the individually wrapped coils. Great edge support and almost zero movement transfer. I absolutely love the whisper quiet abjustable base. The zero gravity position is heaven. We finally found our forever bed!

If you want a very firm bed then this is the one for you. It is much firmer than we were expecting. We are approaching one month with the bed and are steering towards returning it. This is very disappointing as I had such high hopes for this bed with all of the rave reviews. One thing I do like is there’s very little bed movement when one of us moves out gets up.

We've only had our adjustable frame and flex mattresses on our split king bed for a very short time. My sleep has long been complicated by sleep apnea and years of pain in the lumbar area of my back. Our new frame and mattress let me sleep better and wake up less than I can remember. It makes my days new opportunities to enjoy life.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research on different beds and this is the one I chose. For being a side sleeper this bed is very comfortable. I had some questions so I called up the customer service department before ordering and Jacita was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She is a true asset to your company. When I say I did a lot of research I found a video of the founder Marc Werner in a hour interview explaining why and how he started Ghostbed. So to sum it up I truly recommend Ghostbed if you are looking for a new mattress.

My husband loves a firm bed and I love a softer bed. This mattress works great for both of us!! You sink into the foam layer but the coils still give you the support that you need. The cooling gel layer keeps you cool, but not too cold on a Minnesota winter night. I looked at a lot of different mattresses before deciding on this one because of the hybrid mattress and the awesome adjustable base.

I can not believe how much better my sleep has been since the set up of our new mattress! I do not wake up achy or stiff. My back, hips, shoulders, and neck no longer hurt throughout the day. My husband loves that this is a supportive mattress that adjusts to your sleeping position. We both really enjoy the cooling technology that allows our pillows and bed to start cool throughout the night. Set up was incredibly simple and provided not only written instructions but informative videos too!

This is our second purchase of the flex bed as we have upgraded from queen to king. We love it!!! Perfect combination of foam and springs makes for a very comfortable bed. Additionally, my husband sleeps hot and this has definitely helped him be cooler.
