I can not tell you how much this bed has improved my quality of life. It is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. What felt like an extremely expensive luxury, is now totally worth every cent, and I couldn't imagine living without it.

The bed is very well made and you can tell it is quality the first time you lay down. We went with the soft option but it wasn't as soft as we were expecting. Our expectation is that it would be similar to a pillow top but form more to your body which wasn't the case. We opted for the return/refund which was a painless transaction. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Even though this didn't work out for my wife and I it doesn't take anything away from this great company and product. I can see now why so many people give 5 star reviews. Thank you for the great experience.

I am bedbound, though I can take care of a few basic needs when alone. On my back, literally, always is a challenge for any mattress, and I have tried more than my share. Though my first Tempur-Pedic transformed itself into a hammock over ten years, I remain convinced that this Pro-Adapt will allow me to rest without bed sores for another ten, perhaps longer. This is not my first rodeo, but am convinced it is the best horse to ride!

I am so disappointed. I don't know how many customers had own it. Also, This mattress is not made for adjustable base. The mattress slides down when I lift it up. Now I am stuck with this bed that I don't like. Think carefully before making this investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid because I wanted the increased support on the edge and that is good, pretty much what I expected. I was hoping for more of the actual tempur experience in the rest of the bed but it's just not thick enough to provide that. As a result, I frequently get up in the morning with some minor pain in my shoulder and hip. I'm a side sleeper. The pain dissipates after I've been up for a while, so it's bearable. I might have purchased the next grade up in the mattress, but it was out of my price range, especially due to the fact that I bought the EASE Power Base at the same time.

Love my new Tempur-Pedic, and the guys who delivered it were great, timely and professional. They were early, removed the old ones & set up the new one all within half an hour. It's my 2nd Tempur Pedic, I bought my first 22 years ago and needed to update. The base is lighter than my old one & quieter, and the mattress itself is double the depth of my old one yet lighter to move for changing sheets, and very, very comfortable.

I like firm mattresses, and after 13 years, I decided we deserved a new one, and it would be another Tempur-Pedic. When our new one arrived, we gave our old one to my wife's twin sister who lives with us. She too loves it as we did. My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.
