The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. I am so excited to have this mattress for many years to come. Thank you!

My husband wanted a firm mattress and we've had memory foam mattresses before. The Tempurpedic is VERY firm. Initially, it seems like it's TOO firm, but once you're in it, it feels great. We have only been able to sleep in the bed 7 nights since we bought it - LONG story. However, those 7 nights were wonderful! I must say that the "white glove experience" was no big deal. Two fellows delivered it and they were very pleasant, but I have no idea what the whoopteedoo was. It was delivered and put on the bed. Whoopteedoo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

As a firm skeptic regarding super-positive reviews, I had doubts about this mattress even as I was purchasing it. But after a month I can say this mattress was a life-changing investment and five stars aren't enough! I haven't slept this well in nearly 10 years: no more waking up multiple times a night, no stiffness, and no neck or back pain. If you're on the fence, trust me, it's worth every penny!

I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.

We've had this king size mattress for about a month now, and it's getting more comfortable as time passes and we break it in. I prefer a plush-type mattress and this is what me and my partner settled on for the both of us. I have sleep issues such as insomnia, tossing and turning, waking up frequently, back problems, etc. I can't say that this mattress has improved any of the issues I have that much. My back does feel a bit better compared to my last mattress. The mattress is comfortable when you are laying down. My partner really likes it, but he doesn't really have any sleep issues. Honestly, I'm not as impressed as I thought I'd be with all the hype that Tempur-Pedic mattresses get. But I do think this is probably a great fit for some people out there. Just not sure if I'm that person since it's only been a month of sleeping on it. All in all, I do think I would recommend this to the right person. It is a nice mattress. But like I said, just not sure if it's for me, yet.

I had a Tempurpedic for about ten years, then when I moved got to thinking any old mattress would do. Big Mistake. 4 months later, my cheap "memory foam" mattress was folding in the middle and killing me. I went back to Tempurpedic and, no joke, within one night, I got some real sleep and woke up with no pain, feeling refreshed. Lesson learned. I will never stray again.

This bed was super firm, and so different than what we were used to in a traditional spring mattress. I went with firm bedside reviews say after a few years they soften a bit. This is like camping in a tent the first couple weeks. I'd say it really took 3-4 weeks to get used to. When you finally do get used to it, the sleep can't be beat. I slept so sound that first good night. I was skeptical and worried until that magical night about a month in. My husband acclimated more quickly around week two or three. I don't feel him get out of bed at 5am anymore! Another magical thing, I don't know how, but his insanely loud snoring is gone, and he rarely snores anymore at all! This bed is worth every penny for that reason alone!!
