We were advised our new mattress would be more firm initially than the mattress we based our purchase upon in the retail store. It's is still decidedly more firm than expected. Hope for softer comfort over the next 30 days.

After 17 years of sleeping on our old Tempur pedic we decided it was time to get a new one. Our new Tempur pedic delivers the same comfort and quality that we have become use to. We are completely satisfied once again!

It takes a few days to "break in" but once that process is done then this bed is great! It contours to your body but if your a restless sleeper like myself it changes to whatever position you change to and rather quickly to keep you comfortable.

This mattress is so soft and luxurious, I feel like I melt into each night. When my husband and I go on vacation, we always remark on how no other bed compares to ours. We love it!

The mattress is luxe adapt tempura - pedic firm it is wonderful I wasnt sure about the firmness my husband likes it firm he has spinal problems your body finds a spot which is so comfortable we both love it.

We really love it!!! Love being able to adjust our bed and mattress is comfortable. Had an issue with a wire underneath the base but their customer service was the best I have ever had with a purchase and issue was resolved in a timely manner.

The product is visibly high quality but even the soft is very hard especially in a cooler room. It did absolutely help my back, but every night it feels a touch better than sleeping on a concrete slab.

We purchased the Luxe adapt firm after deciding that great sleep was important to our health. I thought the firm was going to be hard but turned out to be perfect. I must admit I fall asleep faster and wake out only when it time to get up for work. My wife and I actually sleep better so glad we made the investment. The bed feels comfy and plush I'm still excited about our new mattress. I was in the military and suffered chronic next and back pain but now it's no where near the level of discomfort it used to be. I wake up feeling so much better. I have no complaints about this mattress but I will tell you that you do not have the word Firm scare you because it's actually perfect and is considered to be a medium firm instead of really hard. Mattress was a little pricey but our sleep and health was well worth the money.

I was so looking forward to finally having a comfortable mattress, but this is just a sweat bomb. The support of the mattress is nice and it is good for the pressure points, but I wake up soaked in sweat. I was very sad that this one type is not made in a full, I wanted the softness so much that I bit the bullet and got a queen. It makes the space in my room a bit tight. We are in the middle of a heat wave and with no air conditioning I am hating this mattress.

We have had this mattress for almost a month now and it has been disappointing to say the least. The first week it was warmer out and I woke up sweating with a neck ache. My wife has been complaining about her back non-stop. For this price I expected much more. Customer service was horrible as well wanting me to stand up the mattress against an open window. Really? In less than a week I can start the return process.
