[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had for a week, I have noticed big improvement in comfort. My wife is still adjusting to firm more time will tell whether we will have to change hers to less firm. She was having back discomfort due to arthritis.

Although I'm only 25, I'm a registered nurse and I work long hours. I never thought much about our bed quality, until my neck and back started hurting. I couldn't even turn my head properly because of the pain. My first fix was to get a different pillow, it helped somewhat, but didn't solve my problem. So we decided to bite the bullet and purchase one of the most expensive items we have purchased as a married couple! This was the smartest decision we made! We bought this mattress (LuxeAdapt Soft) and tempur-pedic pillows. After 2 nights sleep, my neck and back were like brand new! The support my body gets through a nights rest is exactly what I need to recharge. So happy with our purchase!!! Also ordering online was SO easy. We got our order in less than ONE week!!! We had a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years that we loved. However, it was a firm model with no plush topper built in. As we age (we're in our 70s), our bodies are less forgiving. So when we decided to get a new Tempurpedic, we opted for this model. We had slept several nights in this model as guests, so we were confident we would like it. It is pricey, but when we think of the time we will use it, and the comfort it delivers, it is definitely worth the investment.

Our old mattress was 17 years old. My heels would hurt if I laid on my back because I have heel spurs. My hips would hurt if I laid on either side for very long, so I was constantly waking up in pain. I was having to change position in the bed when I would wake up in pain from side to side to back. I would wake up tired and in pain! My husband has back pain. He could not find any position on our bed to be comfortable. Since we have gotten our new TEMPURE-LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, we have both been sleeping better. I still have some pain, but nothing like it was before we got our new mattress. We love our new mattress!

Bought the split king. Love the way it keeps your body temperature just right and is very comfortable sleeping. Owned the cloud for years and loved it also. Just wanted a recliner bed for my husband. It is very hard to change the sheets for older people on the split king but I am getting use to it. Love the mattress.

This is the best bed ever! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and so many parts of my body hurt, even when I lay down. I was unable to sleep on either side as it caused my hips to hurt. I sink into this bed, and there is no pain! Thanks for creating the pressure point relief. I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I no longer wake up every hour or two.

I am a youngish person with years of back pain, mostly worsened by sleeping. I would only be able to sleep on my back with pillows under my knees for years. Had a very old original tempurpedic that worked miracles but after 10 years was wearing on my back. I replaced it with an organic high end latex mattress of moderate firmness and was disappointed immediately. After such a big purchase, it took years for me to start looking again for a bed that relieved my back and now shoulder and knee pain. Fast forward to having tried 2 different Tempurpedic beds that were not good for my back, the tempur flex prima in medium and one i can't remember the name of...Both were trrible for my back and Tempurpedic gave me one more try. Well after much deliberation between the Pro-Adapt Firm and the more expensive Luxe-Adapt Firm, I went with the mattress that felt most like my old original Tempurpedic- the Luxe Adapt Firm and I could not be happier. I have had the bed since Jan 2019 and I can finally say, no back, shoulder or knee pain since then. The bed cushions where I need it and it is not too firm for my frame which is slight-5"9" and 125 lbs. I worry that it will become too soft but that has not happened yet. I really love my bed and now never wake up in the middle of the night in pain because of my mattress. It is expensive, but when you spend almost 25% of a day in bed then the cost is justified. I am very happy with this purchase and have no complaints except that it is a bit difficult to move around because of the mattresses conforming ability, however, I don't need to constantly move because nothing hurts so for me this is not an issue

I've been having trouble sleeping and have been in pain from our previous mattress. I went looking at mattresses and picked this out after trying them out in the store. WOW. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Every inch hugs your body. I purchased the soft version because it was so much more relaxing than the firm version. It's warranted for ten years which makes it that much better.

I bought the LuxeAdapt Soft in January and I love this bed! I needed something that was soft enough but supportive. This mattress meets my sleep needs and is so comfortable! I am a side sleeper and sometimes fall asleep on my back and the foam is soft enough for side sleeping and supportive enough for when I sleep on my back. My previous mattress was caving in after less than 2 years of use and wasn't soft enough for side sleeping which left me with neck pain in the morning. There was a break-in period that wasn't too bad and it may have taken a little longer to feel like it did in the store because I am the only one sleeping on the bed and I weigh under 150 lbs so I wanted to wait until the bed was fully broken in to review it. Now that I don't have any pain from sleeping and can spend a full 8 hours in bed I truly love it. It is also a good bed for people who don't find themselves feeling hot at night. I would have gone with the LuxeBreeze but I did not need the extra cooling. All in all, I wouldn't trade this mattress for another!

I purchased my first Tempurpedic mattress about 8 years ago. After a while, there was a deformity on the mattress. I filed a claim with Tempurpedicfor for the warranty and 3 days later I received the credit for the full amount of the original price. Don't get me wrong, these are not cheap mattresses but the quality of the product and the customer service that comes with it was worth every cent that I spent on this mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for its comfort, quality, and warranty.
