Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.

The Luxe Adapt Firm is a mattress from heaven! If you doubt what I'm saying, get to the store and try it. I can't wait to get in it at night, and hate to get up from it in the morning. Worth every penny along with the adjustable base. Buy it....it's good for your health...mental and physical.

The best mattress I had in a very long time! I wish I bought this mattress a long time ago. I've been through so much pain with my shoulders and my back, but since I got this mattress I'm able to have an amazing nights sleep without pain. Only comfort. Thinking of buying one for my guest room!

I was nervous about switching to a memory foam mattress as I had never slept on one before. However, I was waking up with lower back pain every morning (and I'm only 35!) and didn't get enough support as a stomach sleeper with my old mattress. The LuxeAdapt has been a game-changer for our sleep. It took a couple of weeks to get used to the feeling of sleeping on memory foam, but WOW! I wake up feeling more rested, my lower back doesn't ache anymore and overall, I wake up feeling like my sleep was quality sleep. My husband loves it as well - he can't even sleep in hotel rooms when he travels now because he loves our mattress so much. I never thought it would make such a difference, but it has.

I have always wanted a Tempurpedic mattress, but never knew if it was worth the cost since they can be rather costly. I believe a good night's rest is very important for everyday functioning, and I don't think I realized how badly I needed this until after I had slept in it for a week and noticed the difference in how my body felt. My chronic lower back pain and restless leg syndrome are progressively getting worse for me, and my blood circulation is not great so I need a soft mattress. I have never been able to find one soft enough or suitable for all of my needs. There are many nights I had to get up and walk around because my legs would go numb and throb/ache and I would toss and turn it was so uncomfortable. I lost many hours of sleep due to this, but not anymore! Now I can sleep on both of my sides as well as my back without it hurting! Our new mattress has been life changing!! We are absolutely in love with the quality of sleep we are getting. We've never felt so well rested plus they way it fits our bodies is just perfect! We feel like we are floating :) Getting out of bed has never being so hard!

I purchased my first Tempurpedic mattress about 8 years ago. After a while, there was a deformity on the mattress. I filed a claim with Tempurpedicfor for the warranty and 3 days later I received the credit for the full amount of the original price. Don't get me wrong, these are not cheap mattresses but the quality of the product and the customer service that comes with it was worth every cent that I spent on this mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for its comfort, quality, and warranty.

Got the LuxeAdapt version with the adjustable bed frame, TempurPedic Ergo. Finally get to sleep without feeling warm in the middle of the night. You really do get what you pay for!

We first tried the Luxe Firm. That was awful my body hurt then we switched to the soft and after time they say to give it to break in it's also awful. Both my husband and I hate the bed. We wake up with bad backs and felt like we barely slept. It doesn't seem to sink in like in the store once you have the sheet on. We even bought the sheets from the store. We have the bed where we can move the head up and down and have tried that in various ways and it does not help. We take turns sleeping on our couch to get a rested night once in a while. Also you can feel the other person move on this bed. I would never buy a Tempurpedic bed again.
