I love the single serving pouch, its super easy to grab and take along with me or just use at home without making a sticky mess with a big jar. Most honey I put into tea, but this honey is yummy enough to eat by itself. In fact, i just ate the whole packet by itself in one sitting. My family of honey haters enjoyed it too, so it's a win win all around. Great stuff!

It added the perfect natural sweetness, with mixed berries. It was the perfect portion size for about a cup of oatmeal and about 1/4 mixed berries. The honey was the perfect creaminess, not too thick, not too runny.

However, I question its claims that this honey is raw and unfiltered. In my experience, raw and unfiltered honey is cloudy and solid at room temperature.

I really enjoyed the taste and texture of this honey. I thought the consistency of the honey was just right. It didn't feel cheap and runny like some other honey. Although this honey did taste good to me, I didn't think it was necessary to change the kind of honey I currently turn to. I am so glad that I received this sample because I definitely intend to buy this for my family very soon. I love honey and I use it a lot during the week in different things, but I don't like the bland flavor of the normal clover honey. This honey has so much more depth and has a richer flavor than normal honey. I love the packaging too! It's the perfect size for a lot of the things I make :)
