I use honey in my cooking, baking, as well as in my tea so I have had experience with different brands. I have never used raw honey before but I think that I may use this brand from now on. I used my sample in my tea and I tried it before adding it to my drink. I liked how thick and sweet it was without being overpowering in sweetness.
