[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been dealing with lower back pain and bought a popular new brand mattress to try and help. After 6 months, still lower back pain. In our spare bedroom I had my older S&F Estate Mattress. I decided to test it and slept on this for 2 weeks to see if it would help. NO PAIN. As a result, I returned the new mattress and replaced with the Estate Firm Pillow Top. I'm about a month in and NO PAIN AT ALL. No hip pain, no lower back pain, I finally wake up without being sore. I will never purchase another brand. The quality just can't be matched.

We've had this mattress for only ten days but we've had better sleep every night than we had in the last ten weeks with our old mattress. Bravo, S & F! As senior citizens, we have our share of aches and pains, but this mattress calms them all. You've truly made a mattress that supports our lives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was fast and easy. The mattress was better than expected, especially in terms of the outer materials. We had tried to use a Saatva firm memory foam bed previously, but it started to get too soft after only a few months. The springs in this bed make it feel much sturdier. Time will tell, but I am guessing it will last much longer. Going back to a spring mattress, I was most worried about motion transfer, but it hasn't been too bad.

I used to own Sterns and Foster mattresses years ago, and we moved down south. Bought some Sealy's for our bedrooms. Big mistake. I literally threw out our Sealy's and ordered the Sterns and foster. What a difference a great mattress makes. (and by the way, my Sealy's cost me a bundle anyway). Bravo S&F!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the mattress is well constructed and comfortable. It will give you good back support and does not sag in the middle . My only complaint is that it is made FOR Stearns and Foster but not BY Sterns and Foster. The order taker did not disclose that fact. I thought I was buying a genuine GM part. No so. I have three genuine Sterns and Foster mattresses and they are all signed by the human that made it. Not sure this mattress will perform as the genuine mattress. Time will tell. When you order a mattress for Sterns and Foster ask them if it is actually made in their plant in Atlanta Ga as my other ones were, and not a Sealey plant. I used this mattress to replace a 3 yr old sealy that didnt meet my expectations..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Stearns & Foster mattress loyalist. Their value is immeasurable. I am a side sleeper who prefers the firmest mattress I can find. The firm Estate mattress delivers excellent supportive comfort. My first S&F lasted 20 years and my new firm Estate mattress is proving its worth for fabulous sound sleep. The quality careful construction of my new firm Estate suggests this fabulous mattress will serve me well for another couple decades. The mattress is very heavy but with the handles I can still manage to move on and off the platform bed by myself. The reinforced side walls are amazing and will hold up to sitting on the bed edge when necessary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mattress for a guest bedroom. I have not personally slept on it. My son tried it one night recently. He said it was a great experience. He is considering purchasing one for his home. My daughter requested that I replace the old mattress. She said a Stearns and Foster at her home is the most comfortable one in her house.

Our mattress is only 2-3 years old and it has utterly failed. I am 160 lbs at 6’ and I sink halfway below the edge of the mattress, my SO is short and petite. We keep our mattress clean, protected and constantly rotate. This is not a firm mattress. By ANY measure. But I am stuck with it because it is not collapsed, S&F has so cleverly hid behind the “Comfort Preference” of their sham of a warranty. Almost 3k down the drain for nothing. I am so beyond frustrated and annoyed that this is the situation I have been put in that I am seriously considering civil options.

Overall I find this mattress to be great quality. My only complaint after about a month is that I'm still feeling pressure points while sleeping on my back in the coccyx area. Yes, I roll on my side for relief so maybe I'm expecting too much. I am currently giving it 4 stars only because of what I mentioned. Once it's broken in maybe my opinion will change.
