This Estate mattress has a 12" wide strip across where there is a giant indent, it's especially bad smack in the center of the bed. I couldn't figure out why my back was hurting. I would wake up in the morning completely bent over and not be able to straighten out for a couple of hours. I finally figured out that it's the mattress, It has huge indents where there is no support! After taking all the sheets off and pushing on the different areas of the mattress, I noticed his stripe across the entire mattress which is almost like it's been folded there and the springs have separated. Basically, what happens is your body parked in that area will completely sink in and become deformed to the rest of your body. So that was what was happening to me. I had the worst back pain after buying this mattress for about 2 years. I just figured out The source of my back pain and it's the bed. It's so unfortunate: this was supposed to be a gift to myself and it's been a lemon. I literally sleep better on my couch. And wake up without pain! I

My wife and I were in need of a good mattress due to problems with our backs, we purchased our mattress at Ashley Furniture were we tried many out and settled on the Sterns & Foster Estate Firm Pillow Top. Our first night was getting use to the firmness and after that it was sleeping like a baby, we love our new Sterns and Foster mattress, we spent more than we wanted to but it was well worth it. King Estate mattress badly sagging after 3 months..sterns and foster is not the quality mattress it once was..10 yr warranty is a joke..they will not help me at all..told me to contact retailer I bought it from..they told me they could not help and to contact sterns and foster..do not waste your money ...

Delivery and setup was flawless and took no time at all. I've never had a pillow top mattress before and so happy I got to try this one. Over that last couple of years I've suffered from back pain. Only after 2 nights of sleeping on this mattress my back pain has mostly disappeared. For a firm mattress, it isn't stiff and uncomfortable like a lot of other firm mattresses that I've had in the past. It is a little taller than any mattress I've ever had but not a problem for me. Overall I think if you are a larger person and want a mattress that will give you support but also comfort for your hips and shoulders, you'll want to try this estate firm pillow top mattress.

In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. I purchased this mattress from PC RICHARDS for my husband who has severe arthritis is his lower back and hips. Unfortunately for me it was like sleeping on boulders on a mountain. I had to go out a purchase a mattress topper so I could get one nights sleep. The only thing I would say IS IF YOU are a senior be careful what you buy.

My body just feels so relaxed no squirming around to find a comfy spot, I lay down and my body just sinks into the mattress .. usually takes me a long time to fall asleep but I'm not even getting through 1 show anymore I'm out like a light. Previous bed was a sleep number. This mattress I've had about 90 days just turned it to break in other side I used to wake up sweating with the sleep number bed and now I never wake up sweating I sleep longer also I don't wakeup with back pains anymore. Best mattress I've ever slept on in my life!! Just wish I could have afforded the next level up from the estate collection to get that gel cooling layer cuz I prefer to sleep really cold
