I order premier protein at least every 2 weeks if not every week. I've never had a problem with the flavors bc I'd go buy 1 of the flavors I'd want to try and if i liked it I'd order a case. Tonight i got my order of 2 cases. When i went out to pick it up off my front porch i got "slime" all over my hand, and it smelled so bad. There was a big box around the 2 cases and some were busted open in 1 of the cases. It hadn't just happened bc it had been broken open long enough to rot inside the original box and go thru the bigger box where it had gotten chunky, slimy and disgusting. All of the broken card board containers had leaked into and saturated the others which made them all no good. The part that really upset me was when i called sams to ask about what they'd do, the lady was so rude that i just simply said thank you for your help and she had hung up before i even got the word help out. I would tell everyone the flavor is amazing, but sams takes no responsibilities on the delivery of items. Even if ordered off sams.com. Honestly, i know things happen in shipping and really i just wanted to have them acknowledge what had happened and change it so it doesn't happen again. I don't think that's to much to ask for, but i guess it was.
