i like it because it sticks to my ear and i can run errands

earbuds either do not hold a charge or drain while in the case. the right earbud doesn't seem to hold a charge longer than an hour.

had for a week and one earnid stopped working. Googled the problem and many others had same issue. I wouldn't recommend these

First pair of earbuds - love the way they hug my ears - great for working out, on in the car, at work, etc.

Bought these for my husband, he loves them. Says they are very comfortable, the audio quality is great and the length between charging is very good.

Great earbuds. I wanted something for trail riding by myself. I only use the right earbud out on the trails and it stays put. I have had no issues with it moving, even through rough rock gardens. Definitely a recommended item for something needing a secure earbud. The sound quality is great. The JLab Signature eq setting sounds the best. Overall perfect for what I needed the for!

I'm sure there are better ones from this brand. However, I always have a problem of earbuds not connecting or just little things were I have to restart them. Currently (12/19/2020) I am having to get go through JLab about getting new ones because my left earbud isn't working. I would recommend buying a different pair of JLab earbuds. They do have amazing sound and are great when they work. Maybe it's just mine and I got a bad pair idk.

I was looking for an affordable wireless earbud, thought this would work out. I work in sales and often need to rely on headphones, this one echoes way too much, is very sensitive to touch, and catches wind. and the biggest con in my opinion it is possible the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever used.

I bought another pair of earbuds. I have to use them for work so I got these. The sound quality. Is really not that good at all. When the battery starts wearing down and you make calls out you can barely hear it ring. But when it's on it works good. I think I overpaid because I looked online later and there's like three other models that are higher up than this one.

I bought the first pair and the left side stopped working around day 10. On the second pair, when I go to use them, I never know if they are going to have charged the earphones or not. Sucks going to the gym to find out that your headphones are dead; even though the case has three bars. At least with the ONN headsets, they were half the price and you could expect them to die after 6 months.
