I love the three different sounds you can chose from! I can pretend to be listening to my show and put self aware on and listen to the room! (Hear if its safe to stop watching my show and be in the conversation). It also helps me hear better! I like the blue foam ear pieces, all the black ones hurt my ears but the foam ones feel way better! I like that the box charges and keeps the earpieces charged when they go in the box!

Needed buds with something to hold them in place while water jogging. I thought these with the over the ear clip might work. They do! Perfectly in fact! My buds don't fall into the pool anymore! Yeah!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pair of earbuds for the gym. Over the ear keeps them secure. Sound quality is good for gym and other environments with ambient noise. I'm that into music and use these more with watching a youtube video and that sound quality is just fine. So far no issues, although my first pair had to be returned/exchanged because the left ear did not sync with Bluetooth - current pair is working fine.

First off, I'm 65 yrs old; so if I can figure it out, you can. HOWEVER, it was an adjustment. I went from single ear super easy to use Plantronics to fast forward high tech new stereo earbuds. They do compromise the inner ear in size. THE "BE AWARE" option I finally figured out; they fit so good and tight in your ear that you do NOT hear sounds outside your smartphone or podcast or tv or whatever. So choosing BE AWARE makes the headset allow outside noise in and doesn't "cancel" it out. Gotta read the Instructions and keep them nearby; AND it pays off to download the JLABS App because you are able to turn OFF the Sensory Touch mode on the external earpiece. You'll see what I mean. Everytime I put them in, if the Sensory Touch mode is ON, I'm turning something On or OFF or changing some kind of settings because it's so sensitive. Good luck.

They are good I hate that you can't talk with just the left earbud My right earbud went out but they work together stays charged for a long time Very loud I have to make sure my phone is turned down and plus I use mine the entire time I'm up I even shower with them on

Sound and comfort are great. Controls are atrociously bad and unresponsive. You really have to have the charging case in your pocket because you need to reset them so they respond, and even then the buttons are 50/50 whether they register your finger pressure.

I needed some wireless earbuds and Sams sent me an email mentioning they were for on sale, so I picked up a pair. They're pretty comfortable and the sound is pretty good, but the controls are tricky. I often pause the video I'm watching or raise/lower the volume unintentionally. These minor flaws are inconvenient but certainly not a deal breaker for me. They charge quickly and easily. The plug used to charge it is weird, tho. I'd never seen anything like it and had no idea how it works. Turns out you just plug it into a USB port.

I was excited to try this brand, but was really disappointed. The sound was going in and out on the right side ear bud. It would also make a strange sound on other ear bud. At first, I thought it was outside noise at the gym, but didn't hear it when I took the earbuds out. i tried to power through the issues during my workout but ended up taking them out after about 40 mins. Tried them the next day at home, soud still goes in and out on one earbud.

These earbuds have a decent sound quality and construction. However, I'll be returning them. The main reason I don't like these earbuds is they hurt my ears after putting them in only a short time. Second, they are difficult to put on over my ears. Similar earbuds go on with one hand. These require 2 hands. Third, the sound quality is kind of average for me.

Overall, these are usable. The worst cons are they are touch sensitive controls and very uncomfortable to put on or wear for extended periods. Battery life and connectivity are good. Sound quality could be better. “Real sound” or whatever it's called is useless.
