Good Audio/Bluetooth, not Super Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE GOOD - I thought the Bluetooth on these earbuds were great. They haven't disconnected in error once since I've been using them the last 2 weeks. I also haven't had to recharge these yet. I used these for walking outdoors & watching movies on my laptop. The audio is great, also. No complaints there. The change settings (volume up, skip, pause, etc.) were moderately easy to learn and require simple taps on the logo part of the earbuds. I had it all memorized by the second day. I struggled at first tapping too softly then too hard auto selecting the wrong setting, but I got it down eventually. THE BAD - They aren't the most comfortable. I've never liked this style of earbuds that wraps around the ears (I personally think my ears are too small for them), however, note that these are meant for sports/exercise. I would stick to using them for that purpose. I tried wearing them to work from home but I needed a break after about 2 hours since the backs of my ears were hurting.

Decent earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This are pretty decent ones. I have a few different brands of earbuds and the quality isn't any less with this brand. The style is what makes it lose a star. It can take a few tries to get them to sit comfortably over your ear but other than that, I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Five Stars! Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are pretty nice. The hooks are a good way to keep them from falling out. It works as advertised very good sound quality and very good battery life. They don't fall out of my ears and they have awesome quality. The pairing and the Bluetooth connectivity is the best I have ever had. The instructions were easy to understand and follow and it was easy to pair with my phone. Everything specified was included: earbuds, charging case, cable, user manual and four different sizes of ear tips which made it easy to find one that fits. Very happy with the product, would definitely recommend it.

Easy connect and stay firmly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bluetooth earbud works perfectly as expected. It is very easy to connect to the phone. It also has a troubleshooting guide if one of the buds does not get connected, this can happens in some Bluetooth earbuds. The hangs on the ears firmly, so there is no chance of the earbuds falling off while running or moving. It comes with two extra ear inserts of different size. overall I love it.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're really nice, they fit well I had just lost a different brand of EarPods bc they didn't fit good and one fell out and im feeling confident I won't have that issue. There's a lot of modes, my only issue is it's hard to pause without triggering another mode. But other than that I like them

temper your expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are average wireless headsets, and it's important to temper your expectations of them. Starting with what I like, there are three different sized ear molds that you can use to customize to fit your ear- I think that's great, and thoughtful. One of the molds seems to be the squishy foam type, which I personally dont like using, but if you prefer those, you'll be pleased to know that they're included. (the light blue ones in the photo). the other ones are silicone molds, in varying sizes (small, medium, large). I also think it's great that they're truly wireless. I think it's a little silly that there are products out there that are marketed as "wireless headsets," but still have a wire connecting the two buds together. Silly. Maybe people really like having them tethered to each other, but I prefer completely wireless buds- that's a better fir for my use cases and expectations. The fit is pretty good- I like how it has the ear holds (I dont know what they're called), but they hold onto my ear securely when I run, and I generally never feel like they're going to fall off, which I've felt consistently with other wireless buds, and it's a terrible feeling. The last thing I want to think about is whether my earbuds are going to fall out when I"m exercising, and I'm happy to report that I never feel that way when I'm using these. I dont know how these would feel on my ears long term, because I just never wear them for that long. As you'd expect with any new headsets though, you have to account for time to break them in. The charging case is somewhat small. I've seen cases that are much smaller, and some that are larger, but I think it's a reasonable size, especially for the price that you're paying. When I use them, I typically dont use them for a prolonged period of time (more on that later), so I haven't run into any major battery issues. if you're someone who leaves buds in your ears all day, I dont know how well this would address your needs, but for me, I put them in for a short period of time (say, when running or exercising), and when I'm done, I put them back in the charger, where they'll usually charge completely until my next use. So because of how I use these, I cant say that I've had any issues with the battery life, because I'm not using it for long enough periods to have a sense of how long they last. Your mileage will vary. I think they're perfectly adequate for my use case. The charger has a USB cable that you can pull off the bottom (it's obviously attached), which you can plug into a usb outlet or computer to charge. It's convenient, but not elegant. It works, whatever. I am however, not a huge fan of the audio quality, and of course, this is a subjective measure. Because everyone has their own preferences, I honestly cant say how good they are, only that in my opinion, I was not blown away by the audio performance. The audio doesnt sound full, the bass feels weak, but I think as long as you're not expecting something beyond the scope of this product, they should suit your needs relatively well. They're priced reasonably, and so expectations should be tempered accordingly. There are different audio profiles (which are whatever, I dont think they really matter that much IMO), but you may find that they're good for your needs. I just listen to music or podcasts, and I'm not that picky about my audio, but it is still important that the audio sounds full, which I'd say these lack. I dont particularly like the user experience- I had some trouble getting used to the buttons on the headsets, and had to read the manual to fully understand it. I think once I get used to it, it will be fine, but it's not the most intuitive, and I find it a little too complicated to be honest. It wasn't particularly hard to pair with my phone, but each bud has a button which does different things. It's complicated because they wanted to build in many features, and while extra features are usually good, there are just too many to remember, and some feel needless. As an example, you can triple tap to enable a feature they call "Be Aware" where the headsets transmit external audio around you so you can hear people and your environment more clearly. It's an interesting feature, and I'm sure there are some people who want it, but for me, I just dont care, and I dont want to have to remember triple tapping to activate it (if I wanted to). triple tapping on the other bud will change the EQ. it's just a little too much. There are commands that you can invoke by pressing and holding for 1 second, others by pressing and holding for 5 seconds, single taps, double taps, and on and on. It's just too much, and I dont appreciate it. I value simplicity. All in all, I think these are adequate headsets, but I'm not sure I would recommend them to my friends. I think there are better sets out there (and of course, they will cost more), but if you're not looking for the absolute best wireless headsets on the market, these are worth trying out. You may find them to be perfect for your needs. I think these are fine to have as an extra pair to keep around the house, but I prefer something that's a little simpler to use, with a greater emphasis on a better user experience, and better audio quality.

Easy to pair. Good sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Bluetooth ear buds are good. They are super lightweight, very comfortable and ergonomic. As soon as you pull the ear buds out of the case it goes into pairing mode. I had no problem connecting them to my phone. I also had no issues with the buds connecting automatically each time I took them out of the case. The sound quality is a 4 out of 5. Good base and crisp sound. I didn't have the issue of feeling like I'm listening to music under water because the buds did not completely plug my ears shut. These ear buds overall are good especially for working out.

Excellent Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The musical experience on these earbuds are absolutely amazing. I'm truly impressed! There's a lot of options I didn't even know existed for headphones. They have Bluetooth 5 so it's easy to connect to your phone and easily pop them back and forth between the case to your ears without any problems. You can actually get over 40 hours of use on these with the case holding 34+ and the buds holding 6. JLab does a great job with their earbuds and these are the best I've had. There are several different options for earbud sizes so you can trade them out and make sure you're getting the right fit and the best audio experience possible. I was lucky and the earbud piece that came on the earbuds fit me perfectly. The audio is really smooth and immersive and absolutely high quality. There are options for customizing your sound as either JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost mode. They also have touch control for volume up and down, switching songs, phone call answering and hanging up, and also rejecting a call. I love these over the ear buds for an active lifestyle. They're even sweatproof so you can work up a sweat while you exercise or clean the house and you won't have to worry about ruining them. JLab came up with a super convenient feature of having the usb charger already connected to the case so you can easily charge without looking for a cord. These are really great Bluetooth earbuds and I'm totally impressed with the quality and I think these are a great purchase.
