Um, wow, after sleeping on the tempur pedic luxe I can see what I was missing out on. The way it forms to my body and is just so soft yet firm. The first night when I woke up I just felt so good. I normally have to snooze once or twice, but this time I didn't. I just got up. Also getting out of bed felt easier if that makes sense. Like actually easier on my body. I think this is due to the "adapt" technology of the bed. I would recommend this bed to anyone. If you feel like you are NOT getting good sleep I feel like this bed will knock your socks off and genuinely change your life.

Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could choose just a few words to describe this mattress it would be a life changer. I suffer from degenerative disc disease and recently had to have ACDF surgery and afterwards went quite a while suffering from lack of sleep because I could not find a supportive, yet comfortable mattress. Let me just say, this mattress changed my life! I was anticipating taking a few months to acclimate to the firm, however after 30 days I literally feel like a new person. I am able to sleep comfortably and all through the night and wake to feel rested and pain free. If there is anyone who was a skeptic as I was at first, I urge you to try this mattress! You will not be regret it!

We are having the best nights sleep in many years. Even though we purchased the "soft", there is plenty of support and firmness for our tastes. I believe the combination of the mattress and the Ergo Plus base attributes to this. Adjusting the base to the "zero gravity" position allows us to sleep on our backs for the first time in years. We are waking up more refreshed and well rested, even if we may decide to sleep in a little longer. Once we got over the sticker shock of what mattresses cost these day, we feel it was well the the investment in a great nights sleep.

This mattress is amazing. I owned my previous Tempur-pedic for 15 years and while it was firm it was time for a new mattress. Our new one is even better than the first. It is firm but conforms to you so you feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My biggest complaint is it has a STRONG chemical smell. It's been a month and the smell is just starting to dissipate. I even kept the windows open with the fan on during the day for a week to try to get it to go away. I'm hoping in 15 years maybe there is an organic option without the smell. Another minor thing is I can't feel the coolness with the mattress protector and fitted sheet. Next time wont be choosing this option. Still wouldn't buy another brand!

In the last year starting with the entry level Temper Adapt all the way to the luxe adapt firm. I have tried 6 or 7 different models of the current Tempurpedic line. And by far the absolute best mattress for a heavy back and side sleeper is the Luxe Adapt Firm. I was really concerned being a side sleeper that it wouldn't conform and relieve pressure. Yet its still firm and supportive enough for back support. I can even sleep on my stomach if I want. It's really a one-of-a-kind unique feeling you get on the mattress and it feels really firm but yet you suddenly start melting into it it's really a strange but satisfying feeling. Tempur-Pedic foam is incredible stuff. The saying you here about there's nothing like Tempur-Pedic material is 100% true. It's magical stuff and how it works. And there is not another mattress company in the world who makes the material like they do it's one of a kind. So if your larger heavier person and you're looking for something you can sleep on your side with and your back and get the firmness and support when you're on your back and still get the soft Comfort to forming pressure relief on your side this is your mattress it's incredible

We had enjoyed a tempur pedic for 14 years and were so impressed with the comfort that we talked everyone with whom we visited to take a look at Tempur Pedic! We felt it was worth every penny. We thought it was time to replace the old one and purchased the Luxe Adapt Mattress and Sleeptrack base. It has been a horrible adjustment and we actually are thinking of looking at other mattresses. So sad we invested in the Tempur Pedic. I don't know if we were sold the wrong mattress or if it's been "upgraded". We got a firm, but you sink in so much when you're sleeping that it's difficult to roll over. They made a wonderful mattress I don't know why they changed it.

After trying mattresses at various stores for 2 weeks, I had purchased a brand new expensive spring mattress because of lower back pain with the 3 year old one I was using. Still, I would wake up every day stiff, with pain as if something hit me and would toss and turn all night. I had never had a foam mattress so was not sure but in desperation I tried the Tempurpedic in the store and felt a relief. I went ahead and bought it paying even more for the difference from the previous one. At first I found it a bit hard, although it's the soft version, but I started not tossing and turning as much. Now, after a month I have to say I wake up without pain and the lower back pain that was waking me in the middle of the night with my previous ones has not come back. I've changed some things about my routine and doing some exercise also so that may have helped too. But definitely this mattress is worth the money so far. I may have slept well in the past in a regular mattress but getting older and a light scoliosis that I have, apparently it's necessary to find something special like this Tempurpedic technology to be able to sleep well and not exacerbate the natural "new pains" that come with aging. Totally recommend it.

First of all, let me start by saying how grateful and lucky I feel to be able to try out a mattress such as this one. I have always dreamed of one day owning one but could never quite afford it. Having poor blood circulation, RLS, and chronic lower back pain makes life hard, especially getting a good night's rest. I'm a firm believer that it is crucial to get enough sleep to function and live a healthy, active life. I always tossed and turned, and could never find a soft enough mattress to adapt to the high arch in my back and allow me to rest on my back for very long. My legs would go numb and throb to the point I would have to get up and walk around for awhile. This mattress truly came at a time in my life where I didn't even realize how much I needed this. The moment I first laid in it, I felt so much relief that I cannot even put into words. I had chills and truly felt like the weight had been lifted off of me. The way in which this mattress adapts and conforms to your body, is unlike any other. It fits like a glove. To be thoroughly honest, if you are like me and are desperate for something that will give you some much needed pressure relief after being on your feet all day, you will not be disappointed. I highly encourage you to invest in a mattress that will adapt to YOU! It is a decision you will wish you made alot sooner. I am forever grateful and soooo excited to get into bed every night!! My husband and I are both dentists. And back and neck pain are practically synonymous with our profession. We have gone through mattress after mattress before we found one that truly helped us and most importantly our bodies get the rest it deserves. We initially ordered the firm thinking that was the right fit for us, however we just couldn't get use to it. The staff at tempurpedic were so kind and allowed us to exchange it for the soft.
