So when it was time to upgrade, we thought we would try some of the newer brands being advertised but NOTHING compared to the comfort and quality of Tempur-Pedic. We absolutely love our new King bed with the luxurious Ergo 2.0 base. With our aging bodies, with the added stresses of life and working out, we could not compromise comfort and quality sleep. We highly recommend this mattress. We also loved the Cooling version, however I have a medical condition called Ehlers Danlos (EDS) which causes chronic pain and feel elevated pain when my body temperature is too cold. This mattress is a dream to support and ease the pain, along with the massage from the base.

My husband is a back sleeper and likes his mattress on the firm side and I'm a side sleeper and like my mattress soft. This is the perfect mattress for both of us. It's so comfortable and my husband likes that he doesn't feel like he's in a sink hole. This is our 4th mattress in the last 9 months and I wish we would have saved ourselves months of discomfort and just got this mattress. We are so happy! Don't time like we did and get this mattress.

I purchased this mattress almost 4 months ago. I wanted to sleep on it several months before posting a review, as I think it is more helpful to others when reading reviews before a purchase. While this is a VERY comfortable mattress, it is supposed to be cooling all night, and I did purchase the cooling mattress cover, it definitely does not keep you cool. I've woken up many times per night, for many nights, hotter than Hades. I literally have to move to a whole other spot in the bed, luckily I got a king size! I've tried thinner blankets hoping that was part of the problem, but it is not the blankets, it's the mattress or cover holding the heat. It does not happen every night, fortunately, but it does happen quite often. My husband says he's noticed it also, but not as much as I do, he could sleep through a tornado. It is very comfortable though. I'm sure I'll enjoy it in the winter months.

We had a 20 year old Tempurpedic mattress that we thought was fine. As a breast cancer survivor, I take medication that causes mild aches and pains and stiffness (a very small price to pay for continued good health!). For years, I have gotten out of bed and walked across the bedroom like a 100 year old person. The very first morning with this new one, I was completely not stiff, not sore, and immediately moved comfortably. Who knew that my issues were related to the mattress? This one is marvelous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 15 year old grandson tried the firm mattress when he was visiting. He said it was too firm without a foam topper on it. It is a bit firm for me but is very good quality. My husband said it is a bit firm, but his back felt good and he slept well. He wishes it would conform to the shape of the body a little more. He also would like it to be not so thick because he does activities sitting on the bed and the mattress is higher off the floor than he would like. Received a king size luxeAdapt for my master bedroom after owning an older tempurpedic model for the last 10 years. We've always loved our old mattress, but were itching to find out how much the technology has improved. The LuxeAdapt is miles beyond what we expected. Firm, without feeling like I'm sleeping on a slab, soft enough to hold our natrual curves but not so soft that you feel like you can't get out of bed without six-pack abs. We've now had it for a couple of months and I have to peel myself out of bed every morning. Conversely, if I'm feeling well-rested, I have the energy to spring right out without having to tenderly stretch out all my body parts and pray something didn't get strained in the middle of the night. Low maintenance, high comfort, and near instant sleep once my head hits the pillow. Couldn't be happier.

This is the worst mattress I've ever owned! It's soft and comfortable for a few minutes, then it feels like you're sleeping on a furnace! I've woken up sweating every night since we got it about 2 months ago, even after turning the thermostat to 65 and turning on a fan. I'm very petite, so it's not like I'm a large person sinking too far. We have a split king and I just laid on my husband's side and it feels like it is starting to sink in the middle. Very disappointed in the beds after we spent so much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We husband and I bought a king sized Tempur Luxe Adapt 5 weeks ago. This bed has changed my life! We noticed the difference after the first night we slept on it. I now have more energy and I feel rested. I used to wake up with neck pain and pain on my left side. On previous mattresses I woke up exhausted most mornings because I tossed and turned trying to get comfortable, my husband was also very restless due to his own pain issues. We also purchased an adjustable base with underbed lighting. This has been a life saver as my husband often gets up in the middle of the night. I would say that investing in this bed was the best decision we've ever made. We were hesitant to purchase because of the cost, but now wish we had purchased the mattress years ago. If you are hesitating - please don't wait, you'll be so glad you bought one.
