I use this in the pepper shaker on the table, it is a fine ground and the restaurant ground doesn't fit in the pepper shaker

I was surprised by the freshness and flavor. I have always been a McCormick buyer, not anymore. I did learn real quick that it doesn't take as much as other brands when cooking.
