Take some advice from a 75 year old, stay young and healthy as long as you possibly can. And stop doing things that adversely impact your good health. Wearing Depends sucks, these things are completely uncomfortable. But they serve a purpose. Aging is inevitable. Living fast, dying young and leaving a good looking corpse only robs you of a long life. Life is worth the living.

The material is soft and doesn't irritate the skin, and they hold up very well in terms of absorbency. A very solid product.

When you click on this item it pops up with a "video" available. The information you will receive is deceiving. It leads you to believe that this product is the "Real Fit" product by Depends when in fact it is not. It's the standard Depends brief with the waffled pant. My husband only likes the Real Fit brief as it is soft on the skin and looks like real underwear. This is not by any means a bad product if you are satisfied with the regular briefs. Just don't be fooled into believing you will be getting the Real Fit brief.

I never thought I'd need these, but after a mountain bike accident, and the ensuing surgery and meds, I temporarily lost the ability to sense how full my bladder was. I've fully recovered, and now have the remainders in a closet. They were surprisingly comfortable, and can give someone enough time to find a restroom immediately after the leak is felt. Not recommended a as substitute for an actual toilet.

Much as we all would like to buy generic on many products...this is not one to do so. Post Surgical, Incontinence, Aging, etc issues dictate that we get it right the first time. had surgery that left me incontinent for several weeks. these work well although they did itch abit after about a day of wear. but worked to contain those accidents. fits like regular underwear and not bulky baggy. the guy smiling on the package cover is happy because these things work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Fresh Protection Underwear for men fit great. It feels light and comfortable. It doesn’t irritate the skin at all! It doesnt show the lines or anything. It looks thinner than expected. It feels a little rough but still tolerable. It doesn’t have any smell. For the purpose we used it for, it was not enough to see leak. However, it does keep the liquid pretty good. Overall, great fits and comfortable incontinence underwear.

You have regular and about a cup or more of incontinence I would go with washable cloth diapers. If the padding was all around it might make difference. These are for people who might have an accident. There is potential for these to be good for heavy leaks but as they are they don’t do the job for my dad.

I am using Depends for the first time to cope with the side effects of radiation and surgery for cancer. They are reliable, easy to use and invisible under clothing and very reasonable for the quality of the product. I was apprehensive about using them but am very pleased with the product.

While selecting these for my Father I measured his waist and verified the recommended size range. Rechecked directly on their website to assure a comfortable fit. Yet, they were far too small and uncomfortable. The S/M is tiny as my Father is worryingly thin. I cannot speak to absorbency or quality but as a caregiver- you need to up your game on sizing guidance.
