Larger please

Been using Xlarge pull ups for my brother, but he's just gotten too big for them. Sure wish you made a larger size

Works good,keeps moisture in,but I feel wet on the inside. Wish it provided dryness on the inside so you don't feel like wetness against your skin.

How can you tell front and back?

No instructions on how to tell the front and back of these things. You should at least provide some basic information.
