Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

They absorb very well and hold a large amount of liquid. You kind of forget they are in besides the bunched material but it doesn't scratch the skin or feel irritating.

If you have any bladder leaking issues. The sizing is very comfortable. There's wiggle room in there. It's not too bulky so it doesn't show when you're wearing any trousers or jeans.

I buy these for a loved one. I've never tried any other brand. These fit great and are super absorbent. I ask my loved one if they irritate him and if they're comfortable...he has no complaints. There are no leakage issues during the day and they absorb well overnight. No worries with odors as long as they're changed within a reasonable amount of time. They protect the skin and there's been no incidents of skin irritation. I've been buying Depends for over 3 years. They are very well worth the price. I would never compromise comfort and reliability for a cheaper brand. Definitely, give Depends a try.

The fabric is designed to catch the fluids as needed. I use them when driving a long way or going to a movie.

These work very well when standing or sitting. They don’t work well when lying down because they leak out the sides. They would have to be padded all over to be effective when lying down and the designers chose a discreet fit. I use them but lie on top of an absorbent pad at night. During the day, I like that they are discrete.

It does a great job of being silent while moving around and keeps the odor away. It looks like your usual underwear minus the frills on the underwear that makes it look like leak underwear.

My son is a teen and special needs. I wish they were more absorbent. They do fit nicely but I notice that i have to change him even if he doesn't pee because the absorbent stuffing will bunch up into hard balls getting very uncomfortable. I'm sure if you are getting these for some leaking they'd be fine but for a teen that pees a lot they are not good and will pee right through them. Shame, the comfort fit ones are the closest you can get to feeling like real underwear but they just aren't made for this. The Assurance brand is more absorbent, just not as good fitting.
