My son uses these as he has spina bifida. He wears at night, or when needed for long trips and air flight. He has tried other brands which he did not like.

The Depend Fresh Protection proclaims to hold 25X in it's weight and it's leak proof. It definitely doesn't hold that much of the urine and it definitely leaks on both sides. It's a very lousy fit.
