I use this for my 18 yr old autistic grandson. I have to change the sheets every night because his urine comes out the side or overfills the padding. I understand the BM issue discussed also. Padding needs to be higher and also in the side.

I like the Depends for Men very much. I ordered some Depends for Women a few weeks ago for my wife. She uses the small and I ordered the large. Too big for her so I deceided to try. I like except the color pink. They are softer.
