This would give him comfort, fresh protection from bladder leakage, and keep him out of rash. It contains 17 underwears and i took the size Large. It has 5 layers of protection and zero odor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend Men Bladder Leak Underwear Male XL is very soft, stretch, light weight pants. It feels on my body very comfortable. True to size. These underwear pants will be a good help in long trips on highway where sometimes after taking a cup of coffee at one service center hard to keep up till the next one especially if you have some bladder problem. I tested it by pouring water on the soaking part of the men underwear pants and was very surprised when found that it took two and a half cups of water and didn't show any signs of leaking on the outside surface. Definitely it performs even better than needed for just light leaking. The whole package contains of 15 underwear pants. For me it would be enough for a long time episodically using it for long driving trips.

It's embarrassing to talk about but especially when you're 40 years old you sneeze you pee, pee on yourself at night or you dribble a little you can't get to the bathroom; with these depends I won't be embarrassed anymore. The they are very thin ,so thin they are almost thinner than regular underwear! The comfort is amazing ! Because of the cloth like material you don't hear any noise. The odor control was amazing i did not smell the urine nor did i feel it against my skin and also I did not have skin problems I wasn't raw nor did I have a rash.
