Had my entire colon removed (complete colectomy) with a J-Pouch in lieu of an ileostomy bag. This sometimes results in uncontrolled diiarrhea or leakage. This product has me living my life without fear of accidents in sporty or dressy clothes. It may be primarily designed for bladder leakage, but it works for me just as excellently for my condition.

They are ment to replace traditional underwear and if the size is correct, they do. They are durable, comfortable and don’t rip or tear easily. These underwear not only collect a full bladder, they offer complete odor control. However, they are extremely costly.

I could see the Underwear's bulkyness through his pants and that is not what hes looking for even though they performed really well he would not buy them in the future. Their was no leaking and everything absorbed really well.

Lightweight, breathable, and actually pretty comfortable for short-term use. They held up well and didn’t feel too flimsy like I expected. Odor control was good! Perfect for trips, emergencies, or just having a backup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been happy with the overall fit and comfort of this new Depend underwear, but as far as the coverage for when accidents occur, the padding doesn't cover a whole lot. Its durability is pretty good, and it fits very well, but after a couple of "close calls", I realize that this product doesn't work very well for overweight individuals. My overall grade for it would be a B-. There is a lot of room for improvement. However, if you're not overweight like I am, then this underwear should be sufficient. The package design could be a little more discreet, I think. If there was an XL (Extra Large) version of this underwear for overweight men, then maybe it would be more than adequate for us in the overweight category. I do like, however, the small square or rectangle shape on the underwear to indicate which side is for the rear versus the front. Most other products I've purchased before didn't and don't usually have that.

He struggled with regular adult diapers, but Depends were more like underwear and familiar to him. They seal around the legs well to prevent leaks and they fit like normal underwear. Having a sense of normal and independence is very important.

Portable, durable, and you can always change the sizes if needed. If you have a small bladder or can't control, these will definitely be good for you. The material seems like it will hold down those odors controls for when the occasion arises. A product that could definitely be useful for elder people. So if you have a older parent or grandparent, let them give this a try it could be useful for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product performs well. It can absorb a large amount of liquid, with minimal to no leakage. The pad can move and bunch inside the the moisture shield, but will still absorb fluid without issue. The absorbancy isn't 100% and will leave the surface of the skin visibly moist. The product's "skin feel" is great, but wearing the product does produce a slight rustle sound when moving. The front fit is flat & tight, and not ergonomically suited for the male anatomy. The padding doesn't extend very high in the front, and goes back further, presumably to absorb moisture from laying/sitting; although when sitting, any fluid is not absorbed by the back end, and may pool or leak in the product, until repositiong allows the excess fluid to be absorbed by the back end. The side seams are pretty easy to tear for removal, but strong enough to not tear from normal movement. The waist fit is very accommodating, and has lots of give. The leg openings have enough give to accomodate large legs.
