The pad can move and bunch inside the the moisture shield, but will still absorb fluid without issue. The absorbancy isn't 100% and will leave the surface of the skin visibly moist. The product's "skin feel" is great, but wearing the product does produce a slight rustle sound when moving. The front fit is flat & tight, and not ergonomically suited for the male anatomy. The padding doesn't extend very high in the front, and goes back further, presumably to absorb moisture from laying/sitting; although when sitting, any fluid is not absorbed by the back end, and may pool or leak in the product, until repositiong allows the excess fluid to be absorbed by the back end. The side seams are pretty easy to tear for removal, but strong enough to not tear from normal movement. The waist fit is very accommodating, and has lots of give. The leg openings have enough give to accomodate large legs.

They were very absorbent while still keeping my skin dry and fresh feeling. This made for a feeling of reassurance that I would not find myself in an embarrassing situation. Finally, and very importantly, it did not look like I was wearing disposable underwear under my clothing.

Overall, the product is OK, but needs a breathable waistband like the Sure fit. These will not stay up. I ordered: Extra large, the sent large/ extra large. If you are an extra large no way a large is going to fit properly, and they do not, the padding seal also need to be checked, they are coming loose.
