The previous model had better absorbency and odor control, and was better made. When I leave home I wear a Depend pad inside the Depend underwear. This eliminates having to change underwear in a public restroom. Problem now is that the new underwear is so flimsy removing the pad usually pulls apart the underwear.

My husband recently had a surgery leaving him temporarily incontinent. We tried several products and this one hit the mark! They are absorbent and are not bulky or irritating to his parts as other products have been. \nDon't order your regular size!! Check the measurements on the package! He normally wears size XL and wears size M here. I am told the correct size and lack of bulk adds to the comfort. Highly recommend!!
