It is a very touchy subject and is embarrassing for him. After trying these, he's a whole new man. He said that they're very comfortable and he always feels dry. He especially likes the odor control and how great they fit. He was worried that everyone would know that he was wearing them, but they fit so well that you can't see them through his jeans. He's very impressed and happy with everything about them, which makes me very happy so I will definitely be buying more for him.

My husband has been using depends for years after an operation that left him with incontinancy. Lately, the lining seems to allow the absorbent material to be released and when the underwear is removed this material falls on the floor. Which I must say is hard to pick up. Has something changed in the construction of the product? He has been very pleased with the Fit-flex product up until this problem.

It handles moderate to heavy incontinence well, though for extremely heavy leakage, you may need to change more frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dont even come close to protecting anyone probably 1/4 way thru the first use and it will leak bad and when you go to change them the material holding the gel in is so poorly constructed that the gel falls out and makes a mess all these diaper companies also need to stop pushing this discreet diaper junk onto us we dont need thinner more discreet diapers we need thicker ones that work and we can get thru medicaid for our incontinence and not this junk or any like it that ends up leaking before a first full use is done we dont want wet pants id take a thick heavy crinkly diaper over this war crime you call a diaper!!

They do control odor when soiled and hold up well even when tossing and turning. They do have quite a bit of absorbency but we still recommend a mattress pad as some nights we do still experience leaking.

Every time I would walk out of the bathroom I would look down and realize I leaked a little after and now have a warm wet spot growing in the pants and trying to figure out how to hide the tell tale signs. I should probably wear the pads but I just never know.
