They are very secure and have no package issues with small-medium amounts of liquid. They are very durable and don't fall apart easily like some brands. The material its made with is really soft and stretchy to give you a close and comfortable fit. The absorbent pad inside gives full coverage and does a great job of absorbing any liquids. I would recommend, it's not bulky and really comfortable.

The absorbency is good for everyday bladder leaks, and they're comfortable enough to wear for several hours. However, when sitting in a wheelchair for long periods, the fit can shift a bit, and I've noticed they don't always stay snug around the legs, which can make me less confident if I can't change them right away. They also can feel a little warm during extended wear. Even with those drawbacks, they're discreet, easy to pull on and off, and provide dependable protection for most daily activities. They hold together with activity when standing but if seated some fraying or material breakdown occurs after several hours.
