My husband has used these for a couple of years now. Last night when he put them on he mentioned they didn't fit like they usually did. He wore them anyway and in the middle of the night had an accident, plus I had to change the bed linens because of the obvious defect in the product. It must have been a fluke. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a pull up it was a great diaper, I prefer diaper style briefs be ause my waist is in between small and med. But these pull up didn't sag really bad stayed up and snug and held quite a bit and really good pull up.

It is leak-proof but my urine has a fishy smell and it does not entirely secure this. More ventilation would be better but I realize this may compromise the leakage protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was diagnosed with an anxious bladder when he was younger. He would have accidents after going to the bathroom 10 minutes earlier. It has been rather frustrating having to wash bed covers and a load of laundry a day. On top of the laundry the urine was pungent and I had to use sanitizer and additives to remove the smell. He is now a preteen and well phased out of pull ups. I started with the smallest size of Depend Adult Incontinence Underwear with fresh guard and they have been a lifesaver. They are grey and fit really well. Now I don’t have to change his sheets daily and he can travel long trips without having to stop every 10 minutes for a bathroom break. Depends adult underwear is a lifesaver.

They do control odor when soiled and hold up well even when tossing and turning. They do have quite a bit of absorbency but we still recommend a mattress pad as some nights we do still experience leaking.

My boyfriend is 19 and he still wets the bed and sometimes during the day. He was still wearing Goodnites and plastic pants to bed and the Goodnites by themselves sometimes during the day but they were getting too small. We got him these Real Fit briefs and they work great! They are his full time underwear now. They are absorbent enough that he doesn’t have to wear the nighttime plastic pants and they look like regular guys briefs. Now if he has an accident he isn’t embarrassed. He can just take a new brief from his backpack and change.
