They're discreet, comfortable, and easy to use. They do their job effectively, keeping clothes and underwear from getting soaked or wet. They're easy to store hidden in bathroom cabinets and easy to dispose of after use. All grocery stores and pharmacies carry them, so they're easy to find. I highly recommend them.

I often have issues with IBS & incontinence, my friend John recommended these to me awhile back. They worked great, after some time I felt comfortable wearing these on date nights. Never had any issues with leakage, look or the feel. They could use some extra wiggle room up front. If you tend to get aroused during the day (like me) you will feel restricted up front. They are slim fitting, so you won't have to worry about anyone noticing them under your clothes and the material is strong and durable, so you can wear them in any environment without worrying about ripping.

I have a 38" waist and weight 185 bought the L/XL. I'm having to pull them up in the back and think maybe I should have got the medium size instead. Had a prostatectomy HoLEP two weeks ago. The size scale on the package more or less puts me in either size. I may break down and get the M size.
