With a little extra effort they can be torn apart at the seams to remove without the need to pull them down like regular briefs. I wish they had a moisture barrier all the way up the backside. I tried to return these before I even opened the box because my grandfather said he wouldn’t wear them. It was only a matter of time before he realized that he needed these while trying to recover from a rather serious stroke. So glad that they were not a returnable product. I have already purchased another case!

I was taking care of an elderly family member and got them depends as they were having some accidents throughout the night which was very recent and very unusual not something that happens often. The items are similar to a comfortable pair of underwear that can be worn under clothing with minimal discomfort if any.
