After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. There was no odor and seemed to fit comfortably. Docked it a star because they are a little big on him and bunch up for him but other than that they are great.
