My mother wears the women's ones just like these, so I can only assume they are the best ones, as she only buys this brand. I also used Depends after giving birth instead of the normal pads. They are game changer!

One only has one chance to make a first impression. I have used two of Depend's products, Real Fit and Flex Fit. I had a prostatectomy two weeks ago, followed, unhappially, with bladder issues. Following reading reviews of Depend's products I opted for Depend Real Fit. The Real Fit was a joy, no leaks and was dependable.Flex Fit, well that's another story. leaks at the leg and rear.

Small leakage , did not like damp shorts so I tried the shields but did not like but they worked. Tried the real fit an work great but don't sweet if you have them on. Great product to protect you and your feelings.

Tight where you need it, loose where it counts. High quality durability and amazing odor control. Was able to wear with no embarrassment bulkiness, odor, or seeping through the night.

Sorry to be the one to contradict all the other people that reviewed the product but for me it's a definite no. I'm not a tiny guy (34" waist) but the S/M is way to big. There's a excessive amount of bulk in the back. Actually, I can't imagine trusting them in public because of side leakage and not really comfortable to wear. This is all new to me but I feel better and more comfortable folding a paper towel and placing it in the front of my underwear. Hopefully for me this is only temporary because if this is the best option for men? I just don't know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much more absorbent than other brands, it doesn't bother you at all and you can go out with your normal clothes and be calm because you are comfortable and odor-free, it lasts a while without realizing that there is liquid, highly recommended for all ages.

My husband has tried the Fit Flex, Real Fit and Adjustable. They all work well for a little leakage(recommend for that) but if it is more than that he soaks his Depend and clothing all the way through. It is embarrassing for him when we are out. Can you come up with something that will hold the urine and not go through the clothing. Maybe you should see how childrens diapers are made. Please come up with a super, super absorbent Depend. The fit is very good on the Fit Flex and the Real Fit, but not the Adjustable.

They absorb good, he says they are comfortable and don’t feel bulky. He disposes the diaper and puts it in a plastic bag to prevent smells. Just like baby diapers.
